Wendy's — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered through the drive through. The girl working the speaker was rude, rushed my order, and when I asked for a large combo I got a sigh over the system. When I moved to the window without a total, the girl was not at the register but in the back laughing and carrying on, and had taken my drink with her. When she got around to taking my payment, I still wasn't told a total (thankfully there is a screen I could see it on when I ordered) and when she turned her head, she had an iPod in her ear! That was unprofessional and extremely rude. Especially while on the clock working in customer service. I was asked to pull ahead to wait, even tho I was the only customer there and had ordered a double cheese number 1. When I got my food, the fries were cold, which is what I guessed I was waiting on. The burger was less than appealing... and due to the customer service, and lack of training or common curtesy, if I want a good meal, I'll go elsewhere and I suggest to anyone else that they do the same. This is not the first time I have been underwhelmed by service and staff at this location and would rather go to the store further up the county than to the one at the point. Even if location is more convenient. I suggest getting rid of the current staff and hiring new employees. If it were my business, I would. If I could give 0...

Very disappointed with my service today I came in around 11 to order some lunch for my children I decided to go inside because the drive threw was extremely long, biggest mistake I’ve made ever. I was the only person in the building and my order took forever the cashier was nice how ever the guy making the fries was a complete jerk. I ordered a combo and I guess the front cashier misunderstood that’s what I wanted and rung me up for a sandwich and drink which was a 59 cents difference from the actual combo if it was rung up correctly . I ask was my order complete he said yes the guy bagging the order. I explained to him I was missing a fry he said I didn’t get one I told him I was supposed to have a combo he ignored me and refused to even address the issue I spoke up again he completely ignored me again and said I didn’t get it and turned away from me. The young man at the register was busy and stop what he was doing to help me. I loved this Wendy’s been going here for 5 years very rude bagger . I get my meal it's a Dave's single no cheese With tomatoes and onion and a Coke. I am not going back and going through that again I'll eat it..

This is my experience 2 out of 3 times I'm taking my butt to Burger King from now on..lol All hail...
