I went there for the first time this week on a weeknight and was immediately told that it would be a 45-minute wait. Not many people were at the tables, and only one or two people were seated, apparently waiting for carryout orders. 45 minutes for a place that is supposed to be “fast food”?!
You’ve gotta’ be kidding me.
Props to the counter guy props for disclosing upfront that there would be a 45-minute wait, but this is unacceptable. This is my first visit there, and there probably won’t be a second.
Imagine walking into a McDonald’s and being told it would be a 45-minute wait for your hamburger.
This is their specialty, the part of the food business they have decided to operate in. Don’t you take the wings, put them in a bowl with certain types of coatings, and then quickly fry them, or quick-cook them? This is not brain surgery or rocket science.
Despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff member offered no explanation for the 45-minute wait. In a fast-food establishment, such a long wait time is unacceptable, especially when it's not communicated until you've arrived. This lack of customer service is inexcusable.
Where is the Manager or Owner? Do they give a s--t? look at the total absence of any managerial response to the negative customer reviews. That tells you something.
Wing Stop? Key in the word “stop,” because that is what I will do to myself the next time I have an impulse to visit...

Went back up there and gave them to old order. That was wrong. That was somebody else's. Got my ordered that she said had my name on it got home. Everything was right except instead of having five chicken fingers in it. It had a spicy chicken sandwich but so I ate it. My wife's order was right. Very poor kitchen staff it looks like or Packers whoever's packing it up plus the order I took back that I had my hands on so you know thinking it was my water. And then I got the message that they closed at 12:00. (Google said they closed at 1:00 am) She just put me on hold until 12 so they don't have to answer me and explain why my order takes 3 hours and still no food. I don't know who own this place - if you really want to keep business, you probably want to re-train your employees or need a big change.
