Visited Brew for the first time and offer this professional review. Greeted by Jason who offered a nice suggestion Wiseacre Tiny Bomb Pilsner to my beer taste from the over 25 craft selections on the board. A menu of in house created cocktails was available too. A craft brewery to support Brew is being set up next door. The place wasn’t busy but it was about 2:30 pm. Gave me a chance to learn a little more about the venue. I had Korean Pork Belly tacos which tasted great and on point spice wise. Tommy the chef, and Jason shared the challenges to run a business in todays post Covid, economic environment but both seemed well experienced and professionally up to the challenge. The bar and dining area were clean and organized, with outdoor area too but it was raining so didn’t get to enjoy it. Apparently a good day/lunch following, busy when sports events nearby, and more staff on hand for the dinner time frame, open till 9 pm except Friday and Saturday till 10pm. Overall nice first time experience, welcoming venue for tv sports, great beer offerings and well stocked bar. 5 stars worth a visit.

Wife and I have been hitting this about twice a month on Monday nights for about six months now..Burger night with fries. It's under $8 and is a good fresh burger with fresh toppings. Crowds are always small on Mondays which is surprising with the burger deal. Beer selection rotates and is good. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. We went a couple Saturdays as well and the place had a crowd, but not over bearing. Wings are also really good. To be honest, we went a few times years ago and it was nothing to really rave about..but it appears they have made some improvements to our liking anyway. Worth a shot if you have not been in a while. *I only gave them four stars because every place has room for improvement :). I'm not a five star guy. It's good!

I've eaten here twice now. I believe it was the Bahn Mi Burger (grilled jalapeno, sriracha aioli, cucumber, etc.) with fries I got the first time and the Jack-And-Chill Burger (chili, pickled onion, cilantro ginger sauce, etc.) with squash fries and a side of sweet potato fries the second time. The sweet potato fries were OK. I thought their sauces were really good and a nice change. The cilantro ginger sauce was different and had an Asian fusion thing going on. The burgers are good but kind of steep. They start at $13 and I always add things to them and/or there is an upcharge for squash fries so the bill adds up quick and can be pretty expensive. Especially with beers/ciders (which they have lots of and are good too). The squash fries are also really good.

WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE! Sad to say. Really liked this place until recently. Service was HORRIBLE. We were the only guests there. The waitress asked us for our drink order and NEVER brought them out. We even witnessed her walk out to her car just to grab her own water bottle.

We even gave her a little bit longer to realize she hadn't brought us our drinks, but the entire time we stayed, she never once brought them to us. The appetizer was eventually brought out to us - you would think she'd notice by now that we didn't have drinks.... NOPE, still no drinks. Again, we were the only customers there.

I had her as a waitress a previous time (about a month before my most recent visit). I was hesitant to sit because she was so slow last time, but I gave her a chance because she was nice the last time around. We worked years in the service industry before and understand how crazy it can get and how much multi-tasking may need to be done, but this service was UNACCEPTABLE especially for being an empty restaurant. I mean the basics of waitressing/serving weren't even met!

At one point, a takeout customer came to pick up his food. He became agitated at the waitress because his change was $7.80 but the waitress gave him $7 and the customer tried to explain over and over again that he was owed $8 as you are supposed to ROUND UP, but the waitress was adamant saying she provided him with the correct change. We overheard that she tried to call the manager but could not get a hold of them. That was frustrating in itself and it wasn't even our problem!

Finally, we decided to leave without even eating the appetizer. I politely walked up to the waitress who was on her phone to let her know we were leaving because we were unhappy with the service. There was no apology or attempt to ask how to make our experience better.

We're extremely disappointed and again will NOT be returning! What a shame that the poor service trumped our liking...

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had since before Covid hit. Not only was our waiter extremely unhelpful—couldn’t remember what was not available on the menu until after we already asked for it or after she already rang the order into her system. But, the food was: extremely over cooked and dry. Could barely bite through the chicken in the goat cheese panini. burnt. You could taste the grill char on everything in the cheesesteaks. It was so bad, we sent it back. disappointing. The mixed green salad consisted of 5 arugula leaves and the rest was iceberg lettuce. LATE. The server took forever to take every step of our order. It was an hour before our food came and the single appetizer we got (that we order at least 15 minutes before we put in entree orders) came basically at the same time as the entrées. To put it in perspective, there was one other table on the patio when we arrived and maybe 3-4 people total sitting inside. So not busy at all.

When it came to the check, the food we sent back was still on there. They had double charged us for 2 out of the 3 drinks we ordered. And then couldn’t fix the check without calling the owner of the restaurant.

Not to mention, we found out the owner’s son came in to dine with some friends while we were there. When the group of 3 came in, we did not know this but were ALARMED at the attention the table was getting. The waiter brought them their drinks and apps within 10 minutes of them sitting down. And the chef came out to the table and sat down at their table like he’s was off the clock for about 5 minutes.

This dining experience was unacceptable and highly...

Ok this honest review has to be written. So we ALL know the joke in chesterfield is "this place has the worst service". I get that. We all have gone knowing that. But after a 2 year break we've tried to go back.

Visit 1 (2 weeks ago) - only customers there (cause people know). We were there 2.5 hours! To get dinner. Just two of us. My wife ordered shrimp tacos. Waitress comes back saying "sorry we don't have shrimp but he ran to grocery store to get more." Ok whatever. We wait. Then 30 mins later "oh actually we have no taco shells". So she orders a burger. 2.5 hours!

Visit 2 (tonight) - 2 tables seated. Right off the bat "so we have no chicken so ignore everything on the menu with chicken." Ok that's 30% of the menu. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF SUPPLIES. So 2 of our meals come. Then 15 minutes later the third meal. Then 30 minutes after (and we're all done eating), my son's SALAD comes. A salad. When there's only 2 tables seated why is there a 30 minute gap between first plate and late plate? Also the shrimp in the tacos wasn’t peeled so my wife had to take it out and peel one. Like this place is being run to the ground.

These are not exceptions. It's every time. We tried waiting a couple years. The place is a dumpster fire. It's not the staffs fault. They're nice and pleasant. The food when you get it is actually good. It's MANAGEMENT.

They need to know that the entire surrounding neighborhoods use Brew as a punchline. "At least it's not Brew" is a thing people say.

How can you have good food, craft beer, lovely staff, and...
