My coworker told me this place has a pretty good Chile Verde pizza, so I decided to try this place for the first time. I called to place an order at 6:38 pm on 2-3-18. A young sounding girl answered the phone and immediately sounded distracted by other people there. I could barely hear her and had the hardest time determining when she was talking to me or other people in the room. It sounded like the phone was on speaker as I could hear all the background kitchen noise. I tried speaking to place an order, she said, "Give me a sec..", which I guess meant she was going to put me on hold because the other end went silent. After about a minute the same person picked up the phone again and asked what I wanted. The sound was still horrible and she seemed to be chatting with other employees in the background while I tried to give my order. I said, "I would like to order a Chile Verde pizza for pickup please". I thought I heard her or someone say, "That's going to take 50 minutes". The sound was so bad I couldn't tell if they were talking to me or someone else in the same room again. I said "Ok". I'm not even sure if she could hear me with all the distracting noise and sound of chaos in the background and she never acknowledged my order, and on top of that it seemed like the employee didn't know how to properly use the phone. I listened as I expected her to give me the details of my order, the total, maybe try to upsell me on something... you know, like other pizza places. The phone went silent again. I thought, well maybe I'm on hold again. I waited again for a response so I could get this order done with. About 45 seconds later I hear noise on the other side of the phone again. I ask, "Hello? Hello?" repeatedly. No answer. It sounds as though I am now on speakerphone on a cordless phone in someone's pocket. I can hear rustling noise and all the employees laughing and giggling having a good time messing around. I keep trying in vain to get an answer on the phone. I mean surely they can't forget they had a customer on the phone in the middle of an order. I continue to wait. I can hear the employees arguing about who or when something happened, none sound particularly focused on their tasks. Anyway this goes on for awhile and I finally give up and figure it's no longer worth the effort. I finally end the call and look at my phone. 16 minutes. I never was able to get my pizza order placed.
I never got to try that Chile Verde pizza, but judging from some of the reviews on here from people who did, I'm not missing much. So maybe bullet dodged on this one.
I also looked at other reviews on here before placing mine to see if my experience was out of the ordinary, it looks like the horrible staff and customer service is a common occurrence. I would think a new business in town trying to make it a success would run a tighter ship. At the moment it looks like the employees are going to see to it that this place doesn't last. Maybe the owner will put some decent Management in place to properly oversee the staff before that happens... I've never had soo much difficulty trying to place an order somewhere before. I for one, don't see the point in trying to order from this...

I recently ordered a pizza from the website and never Have I had such a headache like this with a merchant!!! After my order, I waited two hours. Nothing came to my house so I decided to call. They said they never received my order. I told them I have my receipt right here from my debit card. They said you used Skipify and that rarely works. So what do I do now I asked the lady said order again I said yeah but I only had $20 in my debit card for food. She said well the money will be back in 5 to 7 business days. But we didn’t get an order. I have a receipt that Tony’s pizza took my money, but they said they don’t have it that Skipify has it. Try to get a hold of that company they don’t have a telephone. They only have a email once I got an email back. They said that my bank is holding the money. I talked to my bank, and my bank says that Tonis has the money. I called Tony’s Pizza back and asked to talk to him manager and again was told there’s nothing they could do that. All I can do is order another pizza. If I order another pizza and it doesn’t go through on the order The Lady got stern and said I don’t know what to tell you, sir we don’t have your money or your order even though I have a receipt on my card that says Tony’s pizza I’m still waiting for my money Trash service, trash attitude surprise they are still open BBB was notified and complaint was filed

Read moreTony's has great sauce and crusts, but they go pretty heavy on the cheese. I've ordered here at least 6 times, almost every time they get my order wrong. I usually order a pepperoni pizza with regular cheese and extra sauce. And then I stress how important the extra sauce is and mention that it matters so much that the pizza has a LOT of extra sauce and that it's basically all I care about, and every time without fail, they've given me a pizza with extra cheese and almost no sauce. The cheese feels cheap and heavy and rubbery, but the sauce is incredible. Their employees are young and many lack costumer service skills, but the manager made me another pizza (after I returned the first one, was refunded, and paid for the second one). Too much of a hassle to personalize a pizza, when I tell Little Ceasars I want extra sauce, they do it right everytime. If you try this place and you think the pizza might be better personalized, you might as well go to Little Caesars, they have yet to...
