McDonald's — Restaurant in Vonore

My thoughts about this place are very mixed. FOR A VERY LONG TIME, I have came here. Since almost being a kid. Well as of the past couple of years I have had specific orders and this place either over loads it or doesn't at all. ANYTIME I request a specific sandwich I love very much, was once a regular at this store because of it, they CONTINUED TO DO IT WRONG. So I've gone simple, so simple as to just add mayonnaise on a damn chicken sandwich. "An original crispy chicken, keep the pickles please and add mayonnaise," nope. They can put it on the drive thru screen but not follow it in the kitchen. Makes sense right? I have worked fast food. It's not that hard to follow the steps. Tonight, the order I had was the "add mayonnaise," I typically leave well enough alone but I seen a total of 4 different faces.....it was not at all busy. I was the only car. Maybe 9 something or ten at night. Why was it so hard? If I could give y'all less stars at this point I would. I don't typically have such a long review, if you spend your money here make sure before you drive off that they made your meal right when they are dead, no rush and no drive through time to push because of the non existent back up. They might be playing around, cutting up whatever, cool. They won't make your food properly 95% of the time, so good luck.

Ordered food on app, drove 10 miles to the restaurant only to find it closed due to upgrades. Couldn't get my food. Not very happy I wasted all that gas. Should have been something on the app saying the store was closed. In all the technology you would think there would be a way to tell customers the store was closed. Now I've wasted 3 dollars in gas to drive to the restaurant for nothing and back home. I don't know why this doesn't surprise.me, as long his location has been going downhill for sometime. Last time I ate here the food was cold and old (cold nasty fries that tasted like they had been sitting out for days). I didn't complain then because I have learned most of the time it does no good. Unfortunately this is the only choice to eat after midnight in this area, so I guess the owners/managers can do whatever they want and provide little customer service and not worry about not having business. Consistent mediocrity is ok when it's the only place around that's open. Alas, that's the most positive thing I can say about this visit. I had a "Crispy" Chicken biscuit meal. The chicken was cooked, but it was far from Crispy. The hash browns were warm enough but were so soft they/it fell apart in my hand. At least they weren't over cooked. The real kicker was the staff person who came out and sat at a table just over my shoulder, and then proceeded to go through several music selections on her phone. And it was LOUD. I looked over my shoulder several times thinking she might take a hint and turn it down some, but it didn't happen. I finally had all wanted to hear. As I was leaving I said to the lady "You have no idea how loud that is, do you?" Her response was a smile and "Thank you!" Totally clueless. I then said "That's NOT a compliment and I found it very disruptive." And with that I walked out. I have no idea if she ever figured out I thought her loud music was...
