So I waited over 24 hours before posting my rate and as you can see, I was very disappointed with the entire ordeal. 1st my husband and I were sat right in front of the kitchen. We asked to be moved and we were moved. Okay, great. However, our waiter had a group of his obnoxious friends sit next to us. (We were no longer his main priority and they were VERY loud). We proceed to place our salad and soup orders along with Mozzarella sticks. Twenty minutes later a waiter delivers food to his friends table (mean while we were waited on first) ten minutes later our waiter comes out with our soups and salads. He looks at his friends table FIRST and sees that they have our Mozzarella sticks. He asked them if they touched them then proceeded to take the plate off of their table and place it on ours and says "dont worry, they didn't touch it or anything". (THATS DISGUSTING). Then he puts my husband's lukewarm soup in front of him and give me a salad that had tomatoes in it which I specifically asked "for the salad can I only have the lettuce, croutons and dressing. Can I also have olives on the side please" so he said "oh yeahhh, I'll get one made for you but here's your olives on the side". Then he leaves. The cup of olives had dressing and pieces of lettuce in the cup. (REALLY?!). Twenty more minutes later he comes back with our entrees. My husband tells him that the Mozzarella sticks were cold and asks them to be taken off the bill. The waiter says "sure" and then sits our food down. I look at my meal (capitavi noodles, alfredo sauce, and crispy chicken fritta. My husband ordered the same thing but it was without the chicken) and the chicken looks drier than a desert and on top of that its BURNED! We proceed to just go ahead and eat our meals just to become more disappointed because the noodles were overcooked and dried out plus the food was cold.... I am so disappointed in the voorhees Olive garden. This took place on Friday October 5th. And another thing my husband and I noticed was that the store manager was not there (tall African american woman with dreadlocks). I guess the night crew doesn't know how to behave without her micromanaging the place. Pictures provided below.

When I arrived at this location it was about 4 pm or so on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no wait or crowd which was nice. They also do not mandate masks here for patrons or staff. Our host and waitress were incredibly sweet and made sure we were completely taken care of. For an appetizer, I had the calamari, which was delicious. My favorite dish of the day was chicken and gnocchi soup - it didn't quite match my expectations but it still tasted decent. The strawberry Bellini was cute. This drink came with the unfinished prosecco on this side which I recommend adding to your drink BEFORE you finish the initial glass. I had the Seafood Alfredo with Scallops and Shrimp for my dinner. I found that it would have been better if it was called Scallop and Shrimp Alfredo because there are really only two seafood options. It was a good-sized dish, so I took some home to enjoy later. The service was great. Our server was very knowledgeable about the dishes and happy to be there. I've been to Olive Garden on many occasions and this is the first time that our waitress has been so genuinely enthusiastic about what they serve. Overall, this restaurant is a quality option for those who want to experience classic Italian food without breaking the bank. However, it would be better suited as a secondary go-to if you’re looking for something with higher quality ingredients and more robust execution.

Completely horrible, terribly, unnacceptable service!!! Our app came out before any of our beverages, was cold, maybe lukewarm at most, as if it had been sitting back there for a while and was more than likely someone else's 'forgotten about' appetizer.

We hadn't even been at our table & put in our drink and app order for a total of 5 minutes, and our app arrived. Our "stuffed mushrooms" on our app were not "stuffed", not even a little. The center of the mushroom was still attached, so they weren't stuffed mushroom caps, just COMPLETE whole smothered in cheese mushrooms, ugh, not a very good bite I had, on top of the fact, let me repeat this, THE WHOLE APP TRIO CAME OUT COLD!!!! Cold calamari, cold mozz, and cold unstuffed "stuffed mushrooms", with no drinks, at all! A few minutes later another waiter finally brought us our bar beverages, which were incorrect, but mainly, my children had still not yet even recieved their sodas, let alone, our waiter coming back to take our order. I did bring this to the managers attention after sitting there with a cold disgusting appetizer and just bar drinks close to 10 minutes later, maybe a total of 15 or so minutes being of there, and he re-did our app and he also said he'd comp it, in which we declined, because the second time around it came out perfect, way too hot to touch, as it should be served, and we did eat it, so obviously we were willing to pay for it, along with our kids drinks and 2 adult bar bevs. At this point we decided we'd either go to either another olive garden on our way home (we live an hour away from this location and were coming from an ALL day dance competition), or just somewhere completely different all together. The manager did ask us to stay and said he'd comp our whole meal, that we still hadn't ordered, yet we still declined. I did order 2 tiramisu togo, as we were decided to find somewhere else to eat, but the manager did end up comp'ing our app and drinks, along with my carryout desserts, and we still left the (ghost) waiter a $10 tip. Maybe he was new? Nervous? I'm not sure, but we were his only table, and only seeing him the one time in the total, easily, the 30-35 minutes we were there, was completely unacceptable, and it honestly doesn't take long to go in the back and get your table their drinks from the soda fountain, even if every table in the place was full, which we were his only table, and he pointed that it to us, idk why, but it was just overall NOT a good experience to say the least, and I felt terrible, as my 8 yo dancer who just won all her trophies, etc, picked to go there, and was upset, yet still smart enough to be in agreement that we should leave, even with a complete free dinner offer. If they couldn't even get our drinks and app right, we weren't taking chances with our meals!!! Free or not, we like enjoyable experiences!! -All in all, we do enjoy the Olive Garden for a dinner out with our kids, but this was the first and last time we'll EVER go to this location! (That being said, the manager did do his due diligence and go above and beyond offering a fully comp'ed dinner, and even after we declined, he offered pizza's togo for the kids, to which we still...
