Starbucks — Restaurant in Voorhees Township

I absolutely LIVE for Starbies and am a gold member but this specific one sucks! I went there and was picking up drinks for everyone and first of all they treated me like I was 5. Like umm excuse me. They were like I don't think you need caffeine in yours and I'm like how do you know what I need like shut up and just go fetch my drinks 😒 so I was super happy to try the new pineapple mango fruit frapp and they were like sorry we don't have that anymore and I'm just like ummm your a coffee shoppe so how do you run out of ingredients 😬 so I ordered the berry and they gave me a freaking refresher drink w/ blueberries in it. Again I was like that's not what I ordered and the barista (I'll call her Brittany for her sake) was like oh I can order you another one and you can keep this one I said I don't want that one and I'm not paying for it so long story short with that I got another one, the right one. I also ordered a bunch of other drinks with cookie straws and they were all cracked or clogged and then I finally got to mine: a GRANDE mocha frapp with a cookie straw I received a tall and it wasn't mocha and they charged me for it and I'm like umm excuse me I asked for a grande and the person who logged my order (I'll call him Billy for his sake) proceeds to tell me no you didn't and long story short I was angry and left with my tall. When I got to my truck I looked at the drinks and every single drink (I got about 6 or 7) but like 2 were watered down and looked nasty 😷🤢🤧 I hope they fix it but I will NEVER go...

I have been coming to this location since it has opened. Lately it has been extremely disappointing to say the least. For starters there is absolutely no consistency. The drink I order is made differently many times it is not sweet enough or too sweet or they have even forgotten to put any sweetener in it. Then the bagels I order are rarely ever toasted. Usually if they are busy they look like they are put in very quickly barely toasted appear to look microwaved which make them taste horrible. The two times I asked them to make sure they toast my bagel well I get handed a bagel that is as hard as a rock. Compeletly inedible. I sometimes order the oatmeal for my daughter with blueberry and brown sugar twice I pulled off look in the bag to see seeds, raisins, argave syrup and a bunch of other toppings I don't use but no blueberry. So then I have to pull over and go in. Once the manager told me they didn't have any blueberry so she gave me a $1 back but it was a waste because they should of told me prior to me paying $4 for a blueberry oatmeal. Then today they made my drink wrong, I was asked to park and then had to wait about 6 minutes for them to remake it. I think I will start going out of my way to the Cherry Hill location because this one has let me down way...

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. Upon arrival, no one greeted us, and we had to wait about five minutes before anyone took our order because the staff was preoccupied with taking out the trash rather than attending to customers. The woman who took our order seemed to struggle with understanding it, and the other staff members were unkind and impatient with her, which was uncomfortable to witness. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for a Pink Drink and a Latte. When the food arrived, I inquired about the drinks and was curtly told, “I have other drinks I need to worry about.” After waiting another ten minutes, the drinks were finally brought out but made incorrectly. When I pointed this out, the worker rolled her eyes, remade the drink, and slammed it down on the counter. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, with trash and flies evident. While I understand that cafes can get busy, this was an exceptionally poor experience and did not meet the standards I expect...
