Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Waco

Okay so some back story. My girlfriend and I are visiting from out of town and when we got to her parents house they wanted to grab some food. Obviously being Christmas Eve our options were limited. While I don’t encourage people to make others work on holidays that should be reserved for family time, if your business is open your business is open. I feel bad for the employees but eating at their house wasn’t an option since they had been getting ready for Christmas and didn’t have much space or comfort to eat it there.

So we decided to dine in and boy was that awkward. We arrived at 4:55pm. They close at 7pm I believe. There were a few others eating there in the lobby but everyone was eating out of the pizza box. This place didn’t say you can’t eat in the lobby BUT they refused to hand out utensils, plates, napkins, or pizza pans to eat from. They served the food, even if you stated you wanted to dine in, they bring your food out of a to go bag, to go container, and to go condiments and a pizza box. All of those items make the dining experience awkward. Like I said before, I felt bad for them but the business is open so act like it. I felt they were passive aggressively encouraging people to take the food to go.

Also the manager in a blue shirt and sweats kept just standing there awkwardly glancing at the parking lot. He seemed really lazy and unproductive. I’ve never felt less welcomed in a restaurant before in my life. Next time specify that the lobby is closed if you want to have people only get delivery or to go. But since it’s a chain I doubt they had that authority. Instead they sent a message to anyone and everyone dining in there.

Make sure if you're paying with a card to double check your transaction amounts over the next couple days!...The currier stole from me by adding her own tip to the purchase!!....I never got the phone to sign for my order nor a reciept to sign, she just hurried up and handed me my food and walked off like she was in a hurry...she was trying to leave so fast that one on the bag hooks missed my whole hand."I gues because she knew she was about to steal from me she didn't want me to remember what she look like hence why she was moving so fast." My order was placed on a Thursday and was updated 2 days later on Saturday. I'm guessing the lady that brought my order(black hair, had on a blue shirt with white writing on the back and white shorts) Thursday evening @10:30pm was hoping that I wouldn't notice; but, I get updates about the transactions on my account for these types of reasons!!...had the lady gave me the option to tip I may would have, as tips are supposed to be at the customer's discretion; however, this lady decided to just take what she wanted, which is basically stealing! I will never pay with a card for a purchase here again as my trust is lost!!...This location just seems to be getting worse with customer service as this is not the first incident i've had had with them but decided to post this one because now they're stealing from their customer's and I want everyone to...

My husband and I went there tonight. We ordered a Chef salad and a sub. We sat there for a long time.....people were standing around up there. Finally my husband got up to check on our food, and my salad comes and was a pre made salad.. lettuce with layers of ham and cheese across the top. I was expecting chunks if ham and shredded cheese. The salads at HEB are better. My husband's sandwich was nothing to cheer about. They are better at subway. Then when leaving the tea was out so barely got any to refill. When we left there were two plates if wings sitting there ready to go out. There are only two other customers sitting there..I am sure if was theirs. They have plenty of people standing around and SOMEONE NEEFS TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND GET GOID OUT TO YOUR IN HOUSE CUSTOMERS!!! WE WON'T BE...
