DG Market — Local services in Waco

Updating to one star. Masks are manditory in all businesses in the state, yet this DG has chosen not to require their employees to wear masks. I sometimes see one with a face shield or with the mask under their nose, but today the young lady checking me out didn't even bother to wear a mask at all. When I asked about it even siting the sign right in front of the register saying masks were required she just scoffed at it and pushed me long so she could get to the next customer. I know of a few who have made similar comments about this DG. Please follow the mask mandates... it only takes one person to infect many, and if these cashiers get infected they could spread it to countless others -- something wearing a mask could help prevent. This has been my DG of choice for years, but I will drive to Target or HEB...

I really like these stores, especially this particular one. They are always friendly courteous and helpful however not to the point of being stalkers. This is one of the bigger franchises so has quite large selection of refrigerated, frozen and dry good groceries. Wide choices for frozen meats meals and ice cream. Beer and wine selection good as well..in addition to that can fill your needs with clothing, dry good product, household, decorating, crafts, gifts, cards, hair care, personal care, over counter meds, baby gifts and everyday care snacks, gifts, entertainment and even assists if you need a phone. No long lines always several registers open. Clearsnce also and many times closer yet more conveint than large grocer lower prices...
