Service seems to be a hit or miss at this Starbucks. Really unsure why. Seems like when some people walk up to order the employees are really inconvenienced (even when they are completely dead with nobody in line or waiting for drinks.) Can be very unwelcoming and unfriendly to some at one moment and then somebody else could come up shortly after and the employee would be completely different person - Friendly, nice and greeting them. It really goes back and forth and makes me really never wonder why I would rather choose a drive-thru business Or a Caribou for that matter for these once in a while treats (that are meant to be enjoyable and end up not being so enjoyable because the unfriendly interactions you experience here.) Customer service should be consistent and solid with each and every interaction. Regardless of the person/s. Also, if you want to ask to see when more of the Pizza Hut warmer foods are coming that really seems to inconvenience them. 100% full on attitude and rude. Not sure why.. Employees who make the Pizza Hut warmer foods should probably be a little more attentive to their warmers and adding more food to the warmers here and there especially at peak times. At least that way nobody would need to bother the Starbucks employees with questions about the target side of the business or maybe invest in some sort of service “doorbell” device or camera that could alert an employee that the warmers are empty/low or food is outright passed its shelf life and somebody would like...

I asked for a large americano with plenty of room for cream. What I hot is barely from the rim of the cup...the one making it asked if I wanted just room or for cream...SAid cream...so she puts the lid on and hands me the coffee. Well the creamer isn't kept out where patrons can get to it...so I had to go back to the counter and ask for creamer after the bimbo knew I needed creamer. Then had to request sugar because they also gate keep that...which she only hands me these two small packets FOR A LARGE.
