Burger King — Restaurant in Wadena

Disgusting food horrible workers just an overall bad place to eat, my and my family were coming to visit my parents for the weekend and we decided to eat at Burger King. So we ordered our food and it was cold and sloppy so i asked to worker if they could redo it and they denied so i asked if i could get my money back and they didn't let me so i got angry and threw the burger against the wall and started screaming all of my kids got scared and started to cry so i told them to shut up then my wife started yelling at me then i threw the food at her and she said we are getting divorced and started to cry then i screamed NO and she slapped me and i ran out of the car with all the money and now I'm living at my friend bobs house and I have no wife or kids all because of this horrible place and i try to pick up my kids from school but they just scream and cry so I'm super angry at Burger King I'm never eating there again and they forgot to take off the onions...

I wouldn't even give one star for the service I received just now. I ordered a number 10 (bacon and cheese chicken sandwich). Upon driving away I noticed my sandwich was missing both bacon and cheese, simple mistake and easy fix. The front gal asked if I'd like a fresh sandwich or just to add the toppings, I figured it'd be easiest for all of us to just add the toppings and carry on. As they asked the girl in the back to add the topping she started screaming and looked directly at me and told me that she knows she put bacon on the sandwich. Why in the world would I eat off the bacon and go back in for more? She continued yelling and saying she did this already, when she hadn't. For one, mistakes happen and I wasn't upset. For two, you should never scream at your customer and assume they are something off of their sandwich I hadn't even touched it. Ordered in drive thru during a very slow time. The girl that answered was clearly not thrilled to be at work. She was rude and very short with her answers. Get to the window hand over card. She hands me the receipt and card back. Had to be less than a minute after getting my card back, that she hands me my food. I instantly knew it couldn't possibly be fresh. None of it. Boy was I right. Fries were not even warm, but they were also mushy. The burger 🤣🤣 half the patty fell out when I lifted the burger to take a bite. I opened it up and it had been put on the bun in 3 separate pieces. What in the hell? I would have gladly waited for fresh food. When you are that slow, drop food as it's ordered. Don't let it sit so long that the patty ends up in several pieces. Kinda want my money back after how pathetic...
