Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wadena

I have good and bad things to say about this Pizza Hut. We went in seated ourselves after she took our beverage order. I let her know that my bill was seperate from the other two individuals I was with. They ordered a Large Pepperoni Lover's Pizza I ordered a Meat Lover's Melt and a Brownie. I requested that the Brownie was to go. Well, they got there pizza and a few minutes later I got my melt..but it was the Pepperoni Lover's Melt. By the time I actually got what I ordered I simply requested it to go with the brownie. We left and I then looked at the Brownie it was not cut. Unfortunately, it was a very pleasant experience for the two that ordered Pepperoni Pizza. But I was extremely hungry when I went in and when I left. The melt was two hot to eat in the car. So I was going to try the Brownie but it was in one whole peice. No tip for them. I could understand this if they were really busy. But mistakes like this when they are steady said I just was not a valued customer. I will say that the Meat Lover's Melt met my every expection...Yummy Pizza Hut. But the service was not worth the money I spent to dine in only to take it home and of course cut it myself. Glad I was not staying...

Usually love Pizza Hut until we went there for supper tonight when was rather disappointed. 1) 1 of the 2 2 liters of pop was expired by 3 months. At first said they couldnt do anyhing they just had a delivery. Finally got them to give us a new one to replace it. Not the first time we have got expired pop it's just the first time I actually said something. 2) pizza wasn't as good as it usually is not sure if they changed something with it. 3) had to ask for straws, a box and our bill. 4) the bill seemed to be more then it usually is. We are a family of 8 and go often with the kids book it's and order...

The waitress forgot about us for a good 5min. Finally took our order to mess it up ordered pan crust got hand tossed crust. Forgot to give us silver ware had to get our selves, she then forgot our pop. had to yet again go to the counter and get ourselves. also had to ask for the box and bill. new management isn't any better then the old, in my opinion worse. will not be going back. took over a hour and a half to to get one pizza and an order of bread sticks....
