McDonald's — Restaurant in Wadsworth

I went to the same McDonald’s twice in the same day. For breakfast I went in at 5:50 and ordered through the digital kiosk. Others came in after me and ordered with the cashier. The others who came in after me got their food almost immediately, I’m patient so that’s not necessarily my issue. My issue is I couldn’t understand the cashiers calling the order numbers because they were speaking Spanish. Others got their food and drink at the same time, for some reason I got my food well before my drink, it was a large lemonade. Once the drink was made, one of the workers placed the drink on the cart, I then proceeded to watch the drink sit on the cart for almost the same amount of time it took to make my order, I was then given my drink. I went in at 5:50 and came out at 6:15.

Same day, I go for lunch. I order 20 chicken nuggets, a large fry, and a large fruit punch icee. The cashier was friendly and very polite. Although when I got back to my work place 5 minutes away the nuggets were cold and stale. I ate 10 nuggets and the off putting taste prevented me from the others. Several hours past, and I’m starting to notice I feel weak and cold. It’s 89 outside and I have no air conditioning, yet I was shivering and shaking uncontrollably. A couple more hours past and it’s obvious that I have food poisoning. I work in a physically demanding job, I have to be able to work long days and recover properly, the food poisoning took me out of two days of work. The worst part is the searing lower back and stomach pain which has had me cry out on multiple occasions thus far.

I’ve ordered from this McDonalds before, normally once a year since each time I go it leaves me with a bad experience. The workers are actually very friendly, I’ve had conversations before with them while waiting in the line. The service is quick, but very poorly done. I’ve ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes, which almost always has sausage at other McDonald’s, yet this McDonald’s gives you a strip of bacon. I ordered with Uber eats and they messed up my order. The inside of of the McDonalds looks very nice and as I said, the workers are kind and friendly. The young men in Drive Thru were cordial, made eye contact, and efficiently working. At first, the long line seemed daunting, to our timeline, but they got it moving smoothly. The only down side that made breakfast difficult and our road trip a little less enjoyable: the drinks. Coca~cola was flat, like it had been sitting way to long. The ice melts and cup was sweaty... Neither one of the drinks had a sticker to tell me when it was made. My Carmel Macchiato was made probably correctly, but again, a bit ago... looked way too light on top and I don't appreciate all the sweetness at the bottom. (Nope, I don't use the straw. Any suggestions?) Our sandwiches were made to order. And Mama, "liked them hash browns... Just right, not too greasy like the busy McDonald's by church..." I've been here three times and shouldn't have came back after the first. All three times my French fries were either cold or over cooked and hard as rocks like they dipped the fries that were there back in the grease... Never any milk shakes and the older manager lady is completely and utterly rude. I always order my double cheese burgers with NO pickle and EXTRA onion but somehow always end up with tons of pickle and absolutely no onions..... Seriously this location needs either new management or some serious customer service training..... Uncalled for for real. I will never come...
