I have ordered from this location for awhile but last weekend was the last time I will be ordering from here. I have had 2 experiences where they did not have my order ready yet so I waited in my car and watched as they worked. The first experience that should have stopped me from ordering from here again was an employee I hope on his break, picking his nose and wiping his nose and then wiping it all over his clothes. The second and last experience was last weekend when the cashier, cashed out a customer than went straight from handling cash and made a pizza crust. She then went and stocked shelves and then made my pizza. Not once did she wash her hands. There was also the nose picker from the last time, cleaning out the fridge they hold the toppings while also making pizzas. I can not confirm but based off my view he was putting dropped toppings into the prep containers. The girl who claimed to be the manager touched all over her clothes, her phone, and her hair and never once washed her hands. Lastly, the delivery driver that night came in through the front door holding a wad of cash and came in and starting making pizza. It seems they have no education on food handling. I asked for a refund and the "manager" gave me a refund and did not seem shocked that I knew no one was washing their hands. Read moreI had placed an order for delivery. The employee on the phone taking my order was not trained properly and had zero knowledge of the menu nor their system. He cut me off and put me on hold numerous times to assist other customers. I had verified my address & phone number multiple times and was told my delivery would take 30-40 minutes. After an hour of not receiving my food nor a word from the franchise, I had called and talked to the same employee who took my order (the call went about the same as the first) I was told my order had been voided due to an incorrect address & they were unable to get ahold of me due to an incorrect phone number. The manager on duty spoke to me and said there was nothing she could do for me because the order had been voided, and did not even consider the fact that it was her employee made the mistake (I wasn’t the one entering this info into the computer) THEEEEN I was in fact charged for the food in which I never received. Also called customer service & was told the GM would be reaching out & I have yet to hear anything. Extremely rude & unprofessional. By far the worst customer service experience...

They not only routinely run very late with their deliveries but when they mess things up, they are not friendly at all about fixing it and lie to the customers. We called and let them know they messed up some of order, a gentlemen was telling the manager about it in the background and they said they would send it out, it arrives at our house, WRONG. So we called and asked to speak to the manager, she pretty much called us liars at this point and told us we spoke to the general manager last time and she was standing right there when we called and she heard everything. She puts us on hold, and then comes back on and says it was the delivery guys fault and the delivery driver took the phone call before and told them what happened, (thus admitting she lied about who talked to us earlier, that she didn’t actually hear any of the conversation) Talk about rude customer service, I believe her name was Allie and she was an assistant manager. So disappointed. We don’t order papa johns often and this just solidified us not wanting to order from this...
