LET ME START OFF WITH STATING THAT THE OWNER IS PURE TRASH. I WENT THERE TO EAT AND I COULDNT EVEN EAT MY PLATE WHICH WAS CHICKEN, BROCCLI AND SHIRMP. WHEN I GOT MY PLATE THE SHRIMP WAS NOT DEVAINED AND WAS SLIMY. I COULDNT EVEN EAT THE PLATE AND I BROUGHT IT UP TO THE ATTENTION OF THE FRONT CASHIER AND WAITRESS. I SHOWED THEM THE SHRIMP AND BOTH CASHIERS AGREED WITH ME AND CALLED THE OWNER SINCE SHE WAS NOT THERE. THEY TOLD THE OWNER ABOUT MY CONCERN AND SHE OWNER SAID THAT "THEY ONLY DEVEINED THE SHRIMP DURING DINNER TIME AND I SHOULD OF KNOWN TO ASK IF THE SHRIMP WAS DEVEINED OR NOT. I TOLD THE STAFF TO TELL HER THAT NOBODY ASKS THAT AND WE SHOULD ASSUME SHE IS NOT USING CHEAP SHRIMP AND THAT ANY GOOD RESTURANT WOULD USE GOOD DEVEINED SHRIMP. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR THE SHRIMP. I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE MEAL JUST NOT THE EXTRA SHRIMP SINCE I COULDNT EAT IT. EVEN THO I DIDNT EAT ANY OF THE PLATE I STILL OFFERED TO PAY BUT SHE REFUSED TO CREDIT ME BACK AND TOLD HER STAFF THAT SHE WAS COMING BACK TO THE STORE AND SHE WOULD TALK TO ME. I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I HAD TO WORK SO I CALLED THE RESTURANT BACK AND TALKED TO THE OWNER. SHE ONCE AGAIN STATED THAT I SHOULD OF KNOWN TO ASK FOR DEVEINED SHRIMP. SHE STARTED YELLING AND ME AND WAS VERY RUDE. SHE WAS LITERALLY YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE. I COULD IMAGINE WHAT THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTURANT HEARD. I TOLD HER I WAS TRYING TO JUST REMOVE THE SHRIMP OR THE DRINKS (SODA) FROM MY MEAL AND THATS IT. SHE REFUSED AGAIN AND SO I TOLD HER I WOULD FILE A CHARGE BACK WITH MY BANK AND SHE GOT EVEN MORE MAD TO THE POINT I HAD TO HANG UP ON HER. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I FEEL SORRY FOR HER STAFF BECAUSE THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND TRIED TO REASON WITH HER UNDERSTANDING THAT THE SHRIMP WAS GROSS. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE AND IF YOU DO YOU BETTER ASK IF THE SHRIMP IS DEVEINED OR YOU WILL GET A PLATE FOOD OF POOP...

So... only been to this one Chinese Restaurant in Louisiana... it's Chinese only in name and types of dishes. Everything I ate was plane cooking... no Chinese vegetables or seeming spices. Beef and broccoli tasted like brown gavey mix on broccoli, onion and beef. Rice was brown in color as if it had soy sauce but was flavorless.. The $1.50 egg roll was over fried and tasted like freezer style. Fact is, no Chinese are in this restaurant... not even a cook. It may be Louisiana... the locals thinks it's real and by review, like it.

Nearly all dishes are $12 50 or over. Portions are good for these Amerocanized Chinese dishes. Fried Wonton (2 triangles in photo) wee $1.50. In fact Dinner plate had nothing added from nom-dimner plate except added extras presented on menu as if these coming with meal!

** ADDED Visit Two In case it was a bad evening for restraint turn into ANOTHER BAD MEAL.

AVOID THIS PLACE try the little TAKE Out Chinese place next to Mexican Restraint near Walmart. Better food and better prices made by those cooking...

Today I ordered shrimp fried rice and an appetizer of fried chicken wings(6). The wings were $9.00 and some change. I really wish I had opened up the food and looked at it BEFORE I left the restaurant and got all the way home , as I would have attempted to return the wings IMMEDIATELY!! The wings looked half-cooked, they were so lightly fried you could see through them, and they were greasy as hell with grease just dripping off the wings. Very inedible. I returned to the restaurant about 40 minutes later to tell them about the wings and see if I could get a refund as I was so turned off I no longer wanted them. I’m guessing the Asian lady I spoke to was the owner. When I showed her the wings and told her they were not cooked and inedible, she repeatedly told me that “that the kind of wing we have” and “I cannot give you your money back or nothing” After her telling me this about 4 times, I simply left the wings on their chair and walked out. I will never patronize this...

Ordered an appetizer that they were tryna give me AFTER the main dish. Young lady didn’t seem to respectfully understand the concept of an “appetizer “ and kept implying that I just needed to “box it up and take it with me” , assuming I can just eat it when I return to work. Noticed some dirty looks from staff after I said, don’t bring it out at this point and I’m not paying for an “appetizer” that’s being sent out as a desert. I ordered “shrimp” fried rice. With all due integrity, there were literally THREE small shrimps in the rice. Three. Boneless chicken was over battered and kinda salty. Just passing through for a two week training and revisiting some local spots while I’m in town. Won’t return here for any reason.

Went in for dinner. Had the Buddha plate. It was pretty good but is better with the duck sauce. The wonton are REALLY good. The spring rolls were ok. It was mainly cabbage and no other veggies and very bland in my opinion. The jasmine tea was good. The warmth was perfect for the cold atmosphere. Waitress Julie was really cool. Great atmosphere. Wish they had booths.
