Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Waggaman

This might be the worst Popeye's I've encountered. They are 0 for 3 in fulfilling my orders correctly. Today, I ordered a chicken sandwich to pick up via their mobile app. There were five employees in the restaurant sitting at tables, but they wouldn't unlock the door to allow me to come into the restaurant to pick up. They motioned me to go to the drive thru. I sat in the drive through lane for 10 minutes with no cars progressing. Then, when I got to the drive through speaker, the order taker said they were out of sandwiches and asked if I wanted something else. When I said no and asked if I could get a refund, he said I'd have to call someone. When I asked him who, the manager came on the speaker and asked me what the problem was. I told her that They'd run out of sandwiches and I was just looking for a refund. She said, "Who told you we were out of sandwiches, we just dropped some, it'll be 2 or 3 minutes" since I'd already waited for 15 minutes, I said I'd take one. Then, when I finally got to the window another five minutes later, they asked what I ordered. When I told them a sandwich, they said, that will be 9 minutes, is that ok? At that point, my lunch break was over, so I left...

Love that chicken from Popeye's doesn't even begin to cover it. I'm a Catholic and it is Lent which means I cannot eat meat on Fridays but thankfully Popeyes also serves Seafood and very affordable Seafood I might add and it's delicious. So I would suggest you stop by regardless of your religious obligations and just pick you up a nice order of whatever cuz I promise you whatever you get off at menu you going to love it. Now as far as the staff go they are polite and okay with their time however they don't really pay too much attention to you they hold conversations with each other while you're ordering and I was extremely horrified by seeing the person who took my money use her bare hands to put my biscuits in the Box I don't know about you but I am on of thoese people who knows how Dirty Money really is and I know a lot about the spread of infectious diseases and after all it is flu season and I would rather you not handle filthy money and then touch my food without washing your hands I don't know that's just me I don't want to die from an infection I'd rather have the people who handle my food actually know about food safety other than that this is a...

We ordered 2 shrimp and tender boxes, they stated they only had 2 tenders, would I mind waiting for rest, no problem. After 20 minutes of waiting and other orders being filled, I asked what was the hold up and I was asking for a manager who had been sitting at a table the whole time filling out paper work and visiting with employees who clearly should have been behind the counter working but was too busy going out to the parking lot visiting people. Manager asked about the tenders and was told they were never dropped. We now have waited over 30 minutes for 2 tenders to be dropped and then our food which had been boxed and under heat lamps was horrible. I left and took my food because I was hungry, traveling through town and would not suggest this place to anyone!! Poor management when he sits and says nothing. He was with his boss I assume because they were doing paperwork and even he was not concerned with what was going on his establishment.
