Packhouse Coffee Company Franklinton — Restaurant in Wake Forest

I am a local.and go to all Packhouse locations on the regular. I have always been impressed with the coffee as well as the friendly customer service. Until today! Madison was extremely unfriendly and my order was wrong. I asked for a caramel decaf Frappuccino with whipped cream and Carmel drizzle. When she greeted me at the drive through window she had no smile on her face and looked as if she hated her job. When she gave me my coffee it was white which was puzzling to me and had no whipped cream or Carmel drizzle. I gave it back and put whipped cream and drizzle on top and handed it right back to me. I drove off and tasted it and it had no coffee taste at all. I called Packhouse to tell Madison and once again she was extremely rude. When I drove back up Madison had my new Frappuccino ready,handed it out the window and shut it. It was funny because another customer returned their order as well. Packhouse you all have a great thing going on and maybe Madison was just having a bad day , but customer service is everything. I am not upset about the order being wrong as much as the customer...

This was our first visit and we were not disappointed...

If you don't know, Pack house Coffee Company is a drive-thru coffee place - a pretty neat concept! At least here in North Carolina.

Since it was afternoon, we weren't really in the mood for coffee, even iced, so my wife and I got Mango Smoothies. They are soooooooo good, bursting with flavor! Great mango flavor. The drinks never got watery and were delicious to the last drop.

I wish I would have gotten our baristas name, she was so helpful with all the questions we had for our first visit. Yes, I said first, we'll definitely be back.

One thing to know, since this is drive-thru, a line can form. However, it's worth the wait. Your drink is freshly prepared.

As I've mentioned, we'll definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and stop by Packhouse Coffee Company, either here in Franklinton or one of their other locations in Youngsville (original location)...

Coffee was decent. The barista was a young teen with an attitude. Ordered my drink, the machine to pay was entirely too far away. Barista made me lean halfway out of my car to barely reach it, when she could've easily slid it from her side. Smarted off at me when tap clearly wasn't working. I stuck my card in, she rolled her eyes with a smirk, said your cards upside down & walked off. Fixed my coffee & would NOT reach 2 inches out her window to hand it to me. I literally had to lean halfway out of my car & reach over the huge wooden board they have at the counter with the bratty barista laughing with her smirk, rolling her eyes yet again. I will never...
