This was my and my husband's first time trying Pelicans and baby let me tell you. The staff was so nice and very professional. It was so delicious I had butterfly kisses with Red Velvet, and my husband had wedding cake and they both were so Delicious if you are ever in an area that has a location you need to try it.

What a wonderful, family-owned business! We are proud to support Pelicans and were so thrilled that they came out to celebrate our daughter's birthday. From my first inquiry until the last SnoBall was formed - they were polite, friendly, helpful, and truly a pleasure to interact with. One of the owners and a manager worked the truck during our party and they made every single person smile with their wonderful service. You can tell they love what they do and their goal is to bring joy to those around them. And can we talk about how AWESOME the SnoBalls are?! The kids loved how many options they had to choose from and were able to make combinations of flavors too. A few kids even went back for seconds!! We are beyond impressed with how everything was run and so glad we were able to have Pelicans come help us celebrate! Thank you SO much Pelicans! Update: My past 10 or so visits have been spot on. bumping to 5 stars. I stop in here way more than I should now. :)

Update : I have been here with my kids several times since moving to the area and confirmed that my original experience found them on a bad day. Everything has been good since then and consistent with other Pelican's

The snowballs were not good. The "shaved ice" had chunks in it and was very hard. Not much flavor added to the ice. Not a consistent experience compared to all the others I have visited in the Carolinas. This wasn't nearly as good. maybe it was a bad day. I will update if I...

I and one of my kids each had a flavored ice cone, regular size, which was plenty. They have 100+ flavors plus another 10 or so sugar-free flavors. We had one of their suggested combos, which my kid thoroughly enjoyed, and I had a two-flavor sugar free combo, which I found pretty tasteless, essentially ice with coloring. There are a few tables to eat at (everything is outside), and plenty of parking. The service was friendly and helpful. Each cone cost $5. It's just north of Southeast Baptist Seminary and has been open since 2001, apparently only during months warm enough that people...
