Ordered 2 deep dish medium supreme pizzas, with 2 orders of 8 piece wings on Wed the night before Thanksgiving. First they charged my card 3 times before sending me back to the main menu by phone. Went to the store and was told that the order didn't go thru there was a problem with the card. Place the same order, waited 35 min and they dropped the order a second time. The night manager stated that the meal was on the house and if the charges went thru he would refund the money from the drawer. Now they were closed on Thanksgiving, so we went Friday morning. The young lady I explained the situation to stated she was the manager and she would never refund cash for a debit card. My husband told her to call the guy manager who told him he would refund his money. It was a heated misunderstanding. Once I diffused the situation, and the second card used charges were pending. Then the daytime manager called her family to deal with my husband's irritation, which was totally unprofessional, and could have been a real bad situation for all involved. Once the charges went thru I reached out to dominoes, with no response. So bottom line is that I was charged $58.41 for an order that I waited over an hour for that was dropped 2 times by an incompetent group of individuals who are misinformed about the policies for whom they are employed. I will be boycotting Dominoes pizza from here on out, or until this issue is dealt with...
Read moreI placed an online order for salad pizza and bread. This was scheduled for carry out and when I arrived at the drive up window an employee told me the total and I paid. She said it would be 5 minutes minutes. I drove around and came back about 5 minutes later. The same employee came to the drive up window and I again told her my name and she shut the window and walked off. She proceeded to put stickers on empty boxes for 10 minutes. She never came back to say anything to me. Then a deliver driver pulled up, ran in and then back out to his car. The lady that was working the drive through window went out too, pulled her car around to give the driver a jumpstart and no one else came to the drive through window. In the meantime the line of cars behind me is wrapped around the building. I called them and I saw a large black man answer the phone. When I told him the problem he slammed the phone down. I got out of my car and knocked on the window. A different employee opened the window and I told her at this point my food is cold and I just need my money back. She handed me my money without an apology or any explanation. I will not be back to this location. They are rude and...
Read moreNow I know why I go out of my way to go to the store on MLK by Burger King. The one time in months that I ordered from Wake Village, almost everything I ordered was wrong, except for one single item. Completely pitiful. My standard, basic hand-tossed cheese pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way, my cinnamon twists were mostly just cinnamon-sprinkled bread that were over-cooked, but my Parmesan bites were perfection. I was so tempted to bring it to someone’s attention as it wasn’t near closing time, but given my own personal history with this store, it would’ve been a wasted attempt to, because when I do, I’m not treated how an establishment should treat customers whose orders they do incorrectly, I’m treated like a huge pain in their underpaid backside. Avoid this location at all costs if you want an order done right or respect as a paying customer if it’s not. MLK...
