It is disappointing that the Wake Village police department took advantage of a young lady's awareness to what her rights were. Told her there was nothing she could do regarding someone telling her they would burn her house down, among other threats of bodily harm. That is a complete fabrication of the truth, and honestly just LAZY.

Unfortunately, my experience at City Hall wasn’t great. I felt dismissed when trying to ask questions and get clarity on an important matter. It would make a big difference if staff showed more understanding and took the time to listen to residents. I understand that City Hall handles a lot of responsibilities, but I was disappointed with how my situation was managed. I felt dismissed rather than helped. Had a city main sewerline backup since Thursday, dont start to have problems at my house until friday night. I call the wake village police department, water, and town hall on Saturday morning no answer. I had to call the fire department to get a phone number to alert the city of the problem which was greeted with the most apathetic okay I've ever heard over the phone. I can't believe I could not get a hold of the police department of all things. What if I had a sincere emergency? One star to the city of wake village for service...
