My wife and I took my parents here for brunch. We called when we left the house and they put our names down. When we got there, we were seated within a couple minutes. We found street parking - mark sure you don't park in the plaza and they will tow. They had a few outdoor tables but we opted inside on a hot day. They had dividers between tables so we felt pretty safe (this was before restrictions were lifted) I got biscuits and gravy. It was a bit on the salty side but not bad. The gravy had minced meat and chunks of breakfast sausage. The California omelette had salmon and some veggies. My mom thought it was pretty good. My dad and wife each got the crabmeat Benedict. The crabmeat were canned and it looked a very plain. Not a whole lot of taste. The OJ was not good...not fresh squeezed which is fine but it's not even Tropicana. Service was also just ok. Our waitress handed us off to another which was a bit odd since she was still around for a while cleaning. We would still come back to give it another shot... I've been here previously and remembered it was good. We'll blame this on Covid times for not being up to their previous standards.

Came here for the first time cuz I read the reviews and it was pretty good! We ordered steak and eggs, the morning French toast, and crab meat eggs Benedict. The French toast was my favorite. Eggs Benedict was also tasty but I was disappointed as the eggs were not runny like a traditional poached egg should be but there was plenty of crab meat so that was great. Portions were pretty big and we finished everything still! Service was the only thing that I really wished was stronger. It wasn't bad but it took a while for our server to get us just a menu to get started and there wasn't any indication we should use the online one either. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as food came out quick and people were polite enough and it got busy. There's limited seating but it's clean and lively still. I will definitely return because the menu has a lot that we wanted to try.

One of my favorite new finds! If you are a pancake fan then you should definitely try the pineapple coconut pancakes (I've attached a pic). They are some of the best pancakes I've ever had! If you want a simpler option you can't go wrong with the three eggs and hash meal. You're definitely safe with the basics here but if you feel more adventurous you can get some one-of-a kind dishes listed on the front page of their menu and the chalkboard near the kitchen entrance. The prices are very reasonable and there is rarely a long wait because the staff is on top of their game for sure. Parking can be troublesome at certain times because you are limited to street spots (strictly enforced so be aware not to park in the plaza lot). Overall great food at a reasonable price - will be going back regularly!

Multiple people calling ahead given 30 to 45 minute waits and then waiting out side for another half hour(small talk to customers coming in and being forced to wait outside) New customers coming in to ask to be seated standing half in and half out of said door was given dirty looks multiple times by wait staff as if this was avoidable( not on our end or there paying customers that also called to ensure reservations?) Considering we were given an hr wait time over the phone we came over after said waiting time and then they proceeded to give us attitude while treating us like our business was invalid. Now in consideration to them being understaffed as noted by the sign on the door why would they continue to over promise their seating times or reservations. Another factoid of this is why continue to seat walk-ins when you are taking reservations and promising time's that were ultimately unachievable. Wait staff and management problem here as they cant operate and witnessed they messed up multiple peoples food giving wrong sides and misplacing there orders at other tables, what an operational nightmare. This service will definitely reflect on the tip considerably being treated like we were some second class citizen and to be expected to be given beyond horrible service especially when notified initially that we had a train to catch and had a strict schedule to follow. Upon informing the wait staff that we would have to get the food to go they again were demeaning about their inconvenience rather then have consideration for their paying customers. Furthermore why not tell us when we showed up that the wait would be increased, or call us back to inform us of it?Another order mixup while writing this review. Ontop of that they yelled multiple times that we were in the wrong for their inability to qoute appropriate wait times, especially being the better person to hold the door open for their current and new customers coming and going from the restraunt as if this was our fault (given more dirty looks by wait staff) goes to show inconsideration and inability to have basic human compassion for the situation and would of rather seen our group as the problem. Way to project instead of reflect and failure to ultimately turn this experience around. Pretty unprofessional coming from waitstaff in there 30's. Upon ordering the server gave us attitude and talked over us when she inturn asked what we wanted as if again we were their inconvenience.  Ontop of that, hushed talk between wait staff and acknowledgement of there poor management and that they had to seat 5 more reservations while still taking walk ins, shows this experience was handed to us on purpose (maybe short staffed but ultimately operationally not there at all) Sadly of this experience as we order and have spent countless ammounts of money on this restraunt bills usually over 150 bucks each visit with a gratuitous tip everytime. This will definitely be defining the last time we come into this reastraunt and will be loosing our business forever as management and wait staff were beyond inhumane about the experience and inconsiderate about current, new and...

We've been going here for years -- since they opened -- but the place has seriously slid downhill. The food was always pricey but now the wait staff are rude, unprofessional and just plain awful. We walked into a not full restaurant, with no one waiting in line, and it took over 5 min. before anyone came up to ask how many people...we were a party of two and there were 2 open tables already cleaned and set up for two but the waitress walked away without saying a word -- finally another waitress cleaned off more tables (I don't know why they didn't just seat us at tables that were already ready) and we sat down next to another couple whom had just walked in while we'd been there almost 10 min. The waiter then proceeded to ask the other couple what they wanted to drink and ignored us even though we'd been there first and were literally sitting at the next table not even 6" away...he brought them coffee and water and then walked away ignoring us. Fifteen minutes after walking in, sitting there with no water, no coffee, no one paying any attention to the fact that we were being ignored we just got up and walked out. We've eaten there in the past when it's been jamming full, line out the door and down the block and still when you walked in you were immediately acknowledged--even at their busiest they used to not just straight out ignore customers for 15 minutes. Nancy (co-owner) wasn't there and we're wondering if it's under new management which SUCKS--Nancy would have never let a customer be ignored like this esp. when the restaurant wasn't even full. Sadly, we have to cross off this restaurant as one we'll continue to go to which is sad as we really liked the place and really liked Vinny and Nancy. All good things come to an end, I...

Terrible food and extremely terrible customer service. IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, DO NOT GO HERE I went to Blue Moon Grill with my fiancé based on the positive reviews on Yelp. I ordered plain gluten free pancakes from our waitress, she asked if I wanted whipped cream & powdered sugar- I said “No, nothing on them I have a gluten allergy.” When we received our meals, I was delivered regular pancakes with whipped cream and powdered sugar. When I spoke up and told another waitress (who was a middle aged woman) she told me (a 27 year old woman) that next time I need to “speak up” and tell the waitress I wanted nothing on it. I informed her that I had told that to our waitress, she walked away disgruntled. I then received new pancakes, but was worried since my original order was wrong that I would break out in hives since nobody in the restaurant clarified if the new order was gluten free or not when I was handed them. About 5-10 minutes later when she came by the table, my fiancé asked our waitress if they were gluten free- as she walked away from him she said, “Yep, we take it very seriously!” She couldn’t even stop to discuss or look my fiancé in the eye. Mind you it wasn’t even busy in the restaurant at all. This is also a middle aged woman- not a teenager. We paid, and left very disgruntled. We won’t be returning. Also, my fiancé said the Steak & cheese was...
