Monica Pizza & Pasta is an absolute must-try if you love real, delicious comfort food. Their pizza is seriously some of the best around — hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings on a perfectly crispy crust that still has that chewy, doughy center everyone loves. Their subs are packed, flavorful, and always made to order with fresh ingredients. One thing that makes Monica’s stand out is their homemade pita bread — soft, warm, and fresh out of the oven, it’s the kind of bread you could eat on its own and still be satisfied. And if you have a sweet tooth, their homemade cookies are unreal — gooey, soft, and full of rich flavor, they taste like they were baked with love. The customer service here is just as amazing as the food — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help or make a recommendation. The staff truly makes you feel like you’re part of the family. Plus, the menu is huge, with everything from pizza and pasta to salads, wraps, calzones, and desserts — so no matter what you’re craving, there’s something you’ll love. Monica Pizza & Pasta never disappoints — it’s the kind of place you try once and immediately want to go back to. GO...
Read moreI ordered from here for the 1st time this afternoon. I targeted a later delivery time vs immediate, which I have to say the honored and were spot on. I got the Fenway, Melezana and free cheese, which was an awesome surprise. I do not recall any in town pizza places offering free pizza if you hit $35.00. The Melezana was amazing. Crist eggplant with the caramelized onions went hand in hand. The sweetness was brought out of the onion and made a perfect marriage with the savory of the eggplant. There was an abundance of fresh ricotta. The Fenway did not disappoint. Plenty of broken up sausage and peppers/onions. Different than another reviewer, when I picked up the pizza slices the pizza did not fold over. Their crust was cooked to perfection. I did not get to the free cheese pizza. I'll save it for football 🏈 watching tomorrow. Oh their homemade mac-n-cheese is really good. I need to note, thank you to whomever sliced up the pizza. You made the cuts all the way through so it was easy to separate each slice. Bravo because that's a miss at a lot of pizza places. I'll definitely be ordering from here again and welcome...
Read morePizza tasted like a hybrid of Greek and Italian-style to me. The dough flavor tasted a little more like Italian and less hard and dry than most Greek pizza, but the cheese tasted more like a Greek pizza to me. The bottom was floppy, so from that perspective it was nothing like a Greek pizza even though a lot of the flavor profile from the cheese was much more Greek style-ish.
Today was only day 4 and they were definitely going through some growing pains being a new business. Called in an order but it seemed to have been lost or messed up so they didn’t get a chance to make my pizza until I arrived.
Owner was nice and handed out a couple loafs of free pita bread to try. Pita bread was fine, not amazing (just compared to some other freshly baked pita I’ve had elsewhere). His little son was working the cash register. They were definitely struggling to keep orders straight, but I’m sure they’ll work through those kinks in short order.
I wish the best of luck to them, this has been a tough spot for the last handful of pizza shops that have been here. They have a very large menu and I did not try other things...
