Subway — Restaurant in Wakefield

Worst subway experience I’ve ever had. Initially there was one woman up front but as I began to order another walked in from the back. As I’m trying to build subs the women are talking in a low tone to each other hardly paying attention to what I’m trying to order. I felt like from the moment the other woman walked out from the back my children and I were an inconvenience. I tell them what we want on the kids subs and they ended up backwards. Before I can even finish telling the one woman what I want on my sub she is ringing me up and rushing me to pay. I tell the woman I want lettuce Mayo salt and pepper. The sub I ended up with was just Mayo meat and cheese. Overall the attitude I received from the one woman was extremely off putting and made it seem like she hated her job. They were not friendly, we’re in a rush, and too worried about talking to each other to get our order correct. The drink machine is shared with the gas station attached. Both of the drinks I tried to get were out. I ended up paying for drinks and just ending up with water because of this. I wouldn’t waist your time stopping at this location. I was super busy today. Im a realtor and had a home inspection and termite inspection super early. I came in to Subway around 10:30-11am and got a wrap. The ladies that were working were so funny and made my sandwich with love. Im pregnant and hadn’t eaten yet because I got a late start to my day and boy did that sandwich make my day. The jokes and the smiles made my day as well! Excellent customer service! I normally don’t write reviews but they deserve it! Wish I could’ve tipped them $100 ;) inside joke so they know who this is but seriously give them a raise or something! They’re great! Best...

Poor customer service flies flying every where even on my sandwich. The employee got a attitude because I asked if they had fresh lettuce. The lettuce was brown and tomatoes was soggy looking. I'm glad they found some workers but they need to get someone who actually cares about their job and satisfying...
