My cousin and I were in from Airazona for the Bluegrass festival and we stopped in for a bit to eat, the service was terrible and they weren't even busy. We both order tea and our glasses were empty before we got our meal, and when the girl brought us our food she didn't even ask if we would like more tea are anything and she Never came back to our table. So I had to ask someone else for more tea and my food had a hair in it, which made me lose my appetite, I called it to the attention of one of the ladies working there, and she said that they would remake it for me, but after waiting 20 more minutes I just told her to cancel my order and I would pay for the tea and my cousin's food after all she was done eating. When I have eaten here it has always been to go. Although it seems like a family friendly place or even a quiet place for a nice dinner. It is small, but does have a second area for maybe a larger group. Their food is always very well made, with lots of flavor, and who ever is manning the register speaks English, as I do not understand much Spanish, this is a huge plus for me. It usually take between 20- 30 min for my food to finish. If paying in cash there is only the "to go" charge, but if paying with a card there is an extra 3% added on. I absolutely love this place. This is the best Mexican restaurant in the entire town & beyond. The service is phenomenal and the food is great. I have never had to wait very long for any of my meals and everything has tasted wonderful and they will customize it to your likings. I am very picky and I have never once had to complain about my food or that it was made incorrectly. The owner is super sweet and has done very well for herself.
