Culver’s — Restaurant in Wales

Updating my review since it's been a while and Google is asking me to do so. This location is always clean and their staff always friendly. The dining room is open. We used to frequent this culvers often and were always glad to have them nearby, however in the last couple years our family transitioned to a plant based diet and sadly they don't have many meal options at culvers. Even the veggie burger has dairy. Still a wonderful establishment. We don't frequent it often due to our own dietary decisions, but do occasionally stop in for fries and would absolutely highly recommend it to those eating the standard American diet or even a vegetarian diet. We purchased two fish dinners which was in excess of $28.00 not including drinks or dessert. The fish was overcooked, dry, and "smelly", and the fries were dripping in oil. Total waste of money. Called to complain and were assured that we would receive coupons for our inconvenience from Trevor. What we received was sundae coupons! We were weekly Friday customers but now we will be going elsewhere to spend our hard earned money. Not acceptable by any standards

What’s going on Culver’s? I’ve been a pretty regular customer since moving to the area a year ago. Service was always great, dining room was always clean and food was delicious, hot and with good presentation. However the last few visits have been noticeably lacking. No one at the counter taking orders, burgers sloppily piled together and falling off the bun, cold food to the point of the cheese not melting, and melted custard. We used to comment all the time how great this Culver’s was compared to others. Sure hope they get back to...
