Stopped for a simple latte during a long drive home. I didn't notice until after I ordered that there were about five people down at the end where you pick up the drinks, all having agitated discussions with one of the baristas. After I placed my order and I walked down to that end I could hear that each of them either had gotten an incorrect order, or one guy told me that they told him that they "could not make a cold brew", and that they told him to order something else. The customers were livid, but I thought maybe they were part of one group, got odd orders, or were extra picky or whatever. I was tired, and I didn't give it a lot of thought until I grabbed my venti latte classic, like I always get from any other Starbucks, and was heading down the highway. Too late I realized it was 100% just foamy milk, there was no coffee in it, just full of white foamy milk. I had gotten it to help me stay awake, it was flavorless, as far as I could tell it didn't even have the liquid sugar in it. It was undrinkable, and I ended up throwing it away and getting a off the highway, and getting another coffee elsewhere. Since pricing here seems even higher than a normal Starbucks this is totally...
Read moreI'm leaving this review in the hopes that someone reading it will educate their baristas! This evening around 6:30 p.m. I took a chance to order a beverage. I am allergic to caffeine. I asked the barista by chance, does their gingerbread chai latte come in a decaf version, figuring it didn't but since my daughter was ordering something I thought I would take a chance. He told me yes it does. I said oh okay, surprisingly, and ordered one. As I always do, out of fear of people screwing up my order, I asked again to the woman making it, as she handed it to me, is it decaf, because I am allergic, and the woman behind the counter assured me it was, and told me all of their chai is decaf. There's no caffeine in any of them. Again, I was very surprised by that because I know chai tea has caffeine. But I don't typically drink Starbucks so I thought maybe they had a version that was not caffeinated. Lo and behold, now I am suffering for it and took it upon myself to Google it. And yes, Starbucks uses caffeinated chai tea. I should have went with my gut instinct and not ordered it to begin with, and now my gut is...
Read moreMy whole order was around $45. I noticed only 1 barista working, which was shocking to see especially at a Starbucks. Every single drinks were messed up. The cashier made us repeat the order to make sure they put it in the system correctly. Yet when my order arrived I asked for white mocha and no where in my order was a sign of that. My green frappe seems like there is no flavor to it at all and that's weird because its the only thing i order all the time. I also ordered a white mocha drink and that smells like garlic. The service was so bad. I had to ask for the straws. While the barista was making my order some other employee comes from the back and takes over making our drink and that's when every single 1 of our drinks were ruined. We had stopped there to get our self some coffee to start the day but that was the worst decision because that just ruined my mood and day all together. They need some new employee and...
