Starbucks — Restaurant in Walnut Creek

The service here has gotten so bad . A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and ordered a drink, word for word, from a text. I repeated it twice and the employee still got the order wrong. When I asked her to fix the order at the window she said that I would have to get back in line to order again. I protested and did so anyway. I then tried to order the drink again reading again word for word from a text. Before I could finish she interrupted me and said she know what my order was. When I got to the window she gave me the wrong order again. I took it and left. Today, I tried to order a danish but the name was blocked off by a bush. When I asked the employee to add the danish after I found the name, she said that she couldn’t because of the line but she could if the line was shorter. Not impressed with this location. Their customer service is terrible. They don’t remember you (I have literally gone every day for 2 months, and see the same 4 women on rotation). None of them ever ask how I am, or even acknowledge that I am a regular customer, paying 7 dollars for a latte, every day. And the one time I accidentally ordered through the app while approaching the drive through window (I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed), the girl was very rude when telling me next time to not do that. I come to their store every day-I expected better customer service from these ladies. A little appreciation goes a long way. They clearly don’t need my business. I will not be returning-fortunately there is another Starbucks the same distance from my house-I will be going there...

I am very disappointed at this Starbucks location and sad l will never order again at this specific location due to the rude barista l had. I order online pretty much every day and l don’t mind waiting sometime because things happen. But literally this day was bad l ordered online and when l got there my coffee wasn’t ready so l waited a bit then asked barista and this is exactly what she reply to me “ you are going to have to wait for your order because am pack and we have people training “ she had an attitude and was really rude answering back.
