Lakebound Pizza — Restaurant in Walnut Township

This review is in regards to the review and response pictured below. The initial issue with one pizza being made wrong and the only issue the owner shared and responded to did not show all the problems with our order. The entire order was wrong, one pizza missing toppings, one burned pizza and another item incorrect all together. Where your staff did offer to remake the one pizza, nothing was done about the other issues. When Judy asked to speak to a manger, she was put on hold and left there for an extended period of time till hanging up only to find out later that no manager was even working that night. The owners response was not only misleading to anyone else reading it not knowing the entire story but also absolutely the wrong way to address a customer and could be considered cyber bullying, "#don'tbeajudy". As a business owner your first action should be to attemp to make your customers happy and to train your staff to do the same, not attack them online. You are correct, we will not be patronizing your business again, regardless of your list, and suggest anyone deciding where to spend there valuable dining money not to eat...

The picture of the outdoor seating area is on the opposite end of the building from where you order, but the will bring it down to you. Sitting there is nice for the great weather on the day we first visited, it is a voew of the road, but its small town charm and the road is not busy. Im not sure its always available for seating there, but it was when we visited. There are several game room type machines, as well as board games and cards available to enjoy while you wait. Tried this place for the first time today. I figured they were local and I should give them a try. Ordered 2 well done medium pies for pick-up. Both were ready when promised and were hot. Both were also really greasy. I'm not a huge thin crust fan, so that wasn't likely to make these a personal favorite, but one was crispy and well done, as requested, and the other was still doughy in the middle.
