The Creamery Ice Cream shop — Restaurant in Waltham

Apparently a brand new shop, they have an EXTENSIVE and creative menu of treats!

I had the Tropical Sundae 🏝️, with mango, coconut, pineapples, and passionfruit syrup over coconut ice cream. I added strawberries and a cherry. The mango didn’t taste as ripe as I wish, but everything else was perfect!

I saw someone getting this Baklava sundae as was leaving and asked if I could snap a picture. Look how beautiful and delicious!!!!

I also would love to ry the tiramisu one!

Everyone serving is young, so whoever wrote a review that they were rude and ignored her, I hope she has the grace to understand that everything is new, even the staff. Maybe she could have said “hey, I’m sorry, I was next.” I’m sure the servers would have responded well, and likely didn’t even notice the error (maybe they assumed she was with another party or something). They just seems so friendly and eager to help, that I can’t imagine anyone was intentionally rude.

Plenty of parking, including a handicap spot out front, and it’s close to the commuter rail.

People do come in from all directions and I jumped back returning to my car as someone pulled in so quickly they would have hit me if they hadn’t slammed on the breaks. Be cautious returning to your car!

A Sweet Surprise Along the Way

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

I want to say that I liked the ice cream (it certainly smelled good when I stepped in). I patiently waited behind 2 families with large orders at the counter. I was hoping I was going to be next to give my order and then 2 people came in and the server gave his attention to them. Its not like he didn't see me, I have probably waited for 10 minutes (and there weren't many people in the store). If there a "proper" way/place to order then there should be signage. I decided that I didn't want another 10 minutes, only to be possibly cut off by the next person and he didn't seem to want...
