When ordering from the prime deli, keep in mind that there is about a 50/50 chance that they will get your order wrong. Usually, they will be polite about re-making/re-delivering your order, however today I had my first experience with a rude staff member. Initially, the driver showed up with the wrong order (not unexpected). 20 minutes later, when I finally received the correct order, I realized that the omelette had no cheese, even though its description on Grubhub CLEARLY states that cheese is included. When I calmly called them to say that they had gotten the order wrong and that I had never asked for "no cheese", the lady on the other end of the line SCREAMED at me that Grubhub was "wrong" and that I should have asked for cheese if I wanted it..... even though I had ordered this omelette before, and it always came with cheese. Do not UberEats from here. While I understand that this business cannot control the availability of drivers to deliver, they can most definitely control and provide decent customer service.

Zoey from The Prime Deli is super rude and frankly, very unprofessional. After I called several times to inquire about my order (that is just delayed on my app), I was left hanging on the phone while I heard pots and yelling. Finally, Zoey makes time to actually speak to me on the phone (the bare minimum) and belligerently yells at me for not ordering directly with them.

Extremely unprofessional.

Either they need more staffed and are overworked, or this business has some serious culture improvements to make. With COVID, I know it it hard for everyone. But businesses should not be run this way.

Small and quaint little deli. For me these are always the best places for good food. This place did not disappoint! Food was great! Staff was friendly and they're down the road from Brandies College. They have shirts on the wall from what I'm guessing are from players from a variety of sports. Couldn't stay long to ask as I was trying to beat rush hour traffic back home after dropping a rider off at the college. In the area?
