Asian Garden — Restaurant in Ware

I am the first person to leave a good review for someone and they deserve it. Tonight, being my second visit to this restaurant Hama they would have received a 5-star rating for their food. However, this time, I went with a takeout order and there mistake made. I called to let them know that I wouldn't be able to make it but asked if they could accommodate me in my next order (meaning i was willing to give them more money). Unfortunately, after leaving this information with the woman on the phone, they female owner called me back and called me a liar and hung up on me about the crab rangoons that I did not receive with my almost $100 order. She insulted me that I needed to lie about a $7 item! And before you assume that I was rude, I barely was able to get a word in and normally, I am a very diplomatic and understanding individual. When I initially called, the woman who apologize to me I I told her it was no biggie and mistakes happen. When I called back after being hung up on by the road owner, I was greeted by the same woman who initially answer the phone for my order and then took down my information about the missing crab rangoons. I explained to her how we were very disappointed to inform them that they lost our business. In the end of the conversation (which lasted alall but 20 seconds)I summarized that we would not be going there again after being treated like sh#%. She said she would take that kind of abuse. I asked her what i said wrong. She told me i swore and the she also hung up. Well they stole my money!!!!!! What's worse????? And i was completely calm during the entire schpeal and thought i was speaking with a grown adult. I would have easily brought them at least $1200 in revenue during the year in addition to the countless locals we would have happily spread the word to about this place. I would be very interested to see how much longer it's business stays afloat but the way that they treat people. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect after giving somebody so much of my money. In summary, their food is very good, however, for me, it's not worth giving them my money after being treated the way that I was. I can't reiterate enough how respectful I really was on the phone initially and even in my final phone call was very calm. I've never felt such an urge to find every review forum to post negative reviews for a place in my life! I'm not even sure I've ever even posted a negative review. I'm literally beside myself with how those two individuals...

The waitress was so sweet and treated us like we were family. This was my first trip there and I'm telling you this, I will be going back again. I have issues with the msg part but when I asked her to make the rice with none she was

so accommodating I was very happy. Not everyone

does that with out giving me an attitude. The shrimp

were cooked perfectly and I did eat part of an egg rol

l. The food the waitress and the atmosphere were all

absolutely the best. Please if you don't like their food W don't make a scene, just don't come back. Don't

make a fool of yourself

and then let them see you going into the place next

door. Just say'n they work

hard to deal with all kinds

of people everyday. Keep your negative thoughts to

Went in for early lunch had the egg roll, chicken chow mei. And the fries rice. This lunch plate was so big I couldn't finish it. But was it hot and delicious. I'm such a picky eater and this food is the best I've had in a long time. Thank you to the wonderful women who waited on us. She's always happy and pleasant. Never has a harsh word to say even to those who clearly don't appreciate the excellent quality and wonderful atmosphere in this restaurant. Thanks for a great experience in your establishment!! We absolutely appreciate all you do .

Had an early dinner there today. The waiter was fantastic he s name is Nathan. Very friendly and very on the he ball as far as being us what we asked for. The veggie fried rice was great and the egg roll delicious. They absolutely have the best now in the area. Used to have to go into belchertown for good food but since trying this place we don't anymore Thank you for not using a ton of msg in your food. It was a great dinner this evening. Wow. I know that it is a holiday...so with that I expected a long wait time. I did not expect to arrive early to the restaurant to get our take-out only to be handed a bag that clearly had been sitting for a while with cold...not warm or hot but COLD food. I also did not expect to pay $15.00 more then the highest price on the menu. I felt deceived that I was not told that the there were set items and those items were priced unreasonably higher then normal. I was only told that I must buy the largest container of each item and that there were no dinner combinations tonight. By my calculations, it should have been in the neighborhood of $23.50 plus tax. Then to get home and find everything ice cold was just added insult to injury. The food was barely edible even after we reheated it...we ended up having to throw most of it away. What kind of business are you running? I am horrified and deeply disappointed. We will...
