Are used to go here at least once a week. No matter if you’re in the mood for pizza, chicken Parm or salad the food has always been great and the staff has always been even better. Don’t get me wrong this is not everybody but that previously two times that we have went the food was fine but the staff was horrible. Sometimes when you go places it doesn’t matter if it takes longer we understand that everybody’s shorthanded but it doesn’t give them the right to have an attitude. I asked about chicken yesterday what’s the difference between the chicken fingers and the chicken nuggets and she comes over and says that one’s frozen. I said the other one regular chicken now just in strips she said yeah as I’d rather give my grandson real chicken then just frozen. Instead it came out with an entire meal of like three huge chicken fingers which is fine but once he saw them he wasn’t eating that and then hamburgers they asked if you want the smaller the large and I know both my other two grandkids were hungry so I said the large it was a huge role with two black McDonald’s size patties on him. The lady who was clearing the table and getting our drinks was fantastic we had conversations with the tables around us it was a fun night but when I asked the waitress a question about the food she’s like I told you you just probably didn’t listen and then I said excuse me and she will say she’s a merry Christmas to you too. Are you freaking serious? It’s a holiday so I still tipped over 20% because I wanted the lady who was clearing our tables and getting the drinks to also be tipped and I know they have to share that but when you enter the register the guys like how is everything I said actually I have to tell you I said our waitress was absolutely horrible all you get was I’m sorry will work on it but very carefree and then heard him say the same thing to the next two people in line…really again, I get it is hard to get staff but it’s better to be short staffed and have better food than it is to have one obnoxious waitress and good food because that would prevent me from going back and the negative feedback will end up...
Read moreA friend and I went to dine in here on 11/09/2020 and we ordered a bunch of appetizers and even more food that was to be carryout. It was my first time as a customer of Guiseppe's. The dine-in experience I would rate as poor, but it was not our server's fault: he was polite and professional. There were fruit flies (gnats) we were swatting at the table; there were also gnats in the sink area in the restroom. I would have left quickly if I were by myself but just made the best of it. The salad leaves were slimy and not fresh. Mine was house salad and my friend's was Cesar and neither was satisfactory. Our server gave us free dessert as the solution, although they were out of ice cream. I had Italian ice and my friend got tiramisu. The young lady at the checkout register was impatient and unfriendly and actually rolled her eyes as my friend and I were dividing our order on the receipt. I was pretty fed up with the restaurant at that point and never intended to go back, however I was pleasantly surprised by the takeout food after I got home. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and gluten-free stuffed shells. Good gluten-free Italian dishes are hard to find, and each was superb; the pizza instantly joined the ranks as one of the best gluten-free crusts I have ever had, and the stuffed shells too were very impressive, delicious. All the food we ordered from the restaurant was excellent (the only exception being the awful salad). Aside from the salads, the food was so delightful that it changed my opinion about the restaurant. I would probably never dine in again but I will be a return customer for the food. I trust that management will advise employees that customer interactions are critical and can break a business. Eliminating the source of gnats in the facility should also be...
Read moreOK here's the scoop. I have lived in Warminster for 13 years. It seems like every time I order pizza at this location they answer, Guiseppies please hold . No "thank you for calling Guieseppies "please hold. I have had their pizza on many occasions. One thing I noticed is that there is an excess of cheese which is OK but the sauce is so watery. So I Thought let's try a new pizza restaurant .
I took a recommendation from a co worker and he said try Roman delight. I decided to see how good they were. Well I was absolutely surprised, a large two topping pizza with excellent sauce, and thick cut toppings was $9.95 plus tax ..I almost thought they made a mistake. I thought a large two topping large pizza should be at least $18. like Guiseppies.Well, after going to Roman delight and getting not only a much better pie with Rich tomato sauce, extremely good crust, and Thick cut pepperoni and sausage toppings ,quite frankly I was blown away. And the best part of the experience was, the employee that processed the transaction started a small conversation which I enjoyed!
One thing about Guieseppies that is noticible in my opinion is they've become so big that they don't have the Italian spirit of good food ,polite people and most important manners!!. I challenge everyone of you out there to try Roman Delight which is Down St., Road in Warminster.
The name guiseppies, which screams Italian is not true Italian "it's the teen amateur hour".This is a overblown pizza shop. The ownership needs to coach and train their employees to welcome and acknowledge the customers, but all the employees do is acknowledge each other with small talk behind the counter!
If anyone sees anything I wrote that's incorrect, you have tunnel vision. 13 years, bigger not better!!!...
