Horrible customer service with food that is slowly going down the drain. After messing up my order I was told that They can not issue a refund to call back the next time we order and the pizza will be on the house when I call back to place that order I am told that there is nothing in the computer and that they can't do anything about it. Not only did they say that but the guy who picked up the phone who is clearly the same guy who I spoke to one had happened because of the thick accent he tells me that I have to speak to the owner whose name is Josh. The girl who picked up the phone did not put me on hold and I hear her say Hey Josh the lady is calling about the free pizza. When I question the person on the phone about this he tells me that no he is not Josh and that the owner is not available hes gone and he has no idea when he will be back and proceeds to tell me that Sicilian pizza is the same thing as a thin crust pizza so it's essentially the same order for the same price. I'm not a pizza shop owner but I damwell know that a Sicilian pizza is a goddam loaf of bread with cheese on it and nothing like a thin crust crispy pizza. They just lost a life long customer for shady...

Ordered a couple pizzas for a party not only did they arrive 2 and a 1/2 hours later but they were very cold and hardly even cooked after I requested well done. The driver must have been driving crazy because all of the cheese was off of the pizza and just looked a complete mess with partially raw dough. When we called to let them know what happened we were pretty much called liars even after sending them photos of the pizzas they had no intentions of correcting their mistakes. It's a shame when a business has horrible customer service and ends up losing a customer who has been with them for 15 years. I think it would have cost them a lot less to remake a couple of pizzas then...
