A truly hidden Gem!!! I stopped by this restaurant on Saturday, August 9th after finding them on Google. I'm so glad I gave this place a chance. I live in FL where Caribbean food is plentiful however I was visiting middle GA where options are limited. This place satisfied my craving. The food was hot. I made it back to my hotel in Perry and my food was still hot. I tried the curry chicken plate with the rice and peas, cabbage and potato salad. I also had a side of plantains and sweet potato bread. The curry was EXCELLENT. It wasn't greasy and I loved the fact that it wasn't cut into a bunch of tiny pieces like some places do. The rice and peas also yummy and flavorful. I wasn't really a fan of the cabbage... it was a bit too coconut forward for me. The plantains were delicious and cooked nicely and that sweet potato bread was soooo good. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but I just couldn't stop eating it. It reminded me of a lightly sweetened sweet potato pie. The real star of the show is the owners. I felt sooo welcomed from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. They were so so kind and engaging with all of their customers and for me.... top tier customer service will always take the lead. The owners gave me samples of their homemade juices with no added sugar and no diary and they were all just DELICIOUS. They had a little friendly competition between them of which juice was the best and I had to roll with Mr. G. That G juice is something special. I could drink it all day. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful experience and I definitely be back when im...
Read moreAbsolutely amazing! I had just gotten off work and was looking for somewhere close by to get food. Came upon this which had pretty high ratings. Decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner. He proceeded to show me the available ready to order options, as well as the other menu items, and stayed around to answer any questions. After ordering, I was offered some free samples of their sweets and beverages. The owner also showed me around the place. They have TVs and Netflix for customers to watch while they eat or wait for their food to be cooked. Before receiving my food, I was shown on the spot what it looked like in the container. This is an extremely nice gesture, since it would give me the opportunity to raise any concerns on the spot (not that I had any concerns). The food looked very appetizing, and I was excited to go home and try it with my wife. It did not disappoint! Flavorful, filling, and reasonably priced. We recently moved here and have been trying different eateries since we don’t have a fridge yet to cook/store our own meals. I have to say, this is by far one of the best. We’ll certainly be returning soon.
TL;DR - Come by to enjoy delicious Bahamian cuisine and meet some...

I’ve never experienced service like this at any restaurant—it was beyond exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like family. They offered complimentary samples of their fresh juices (each one better than the last!), which was such a thoughtful touch. Their G Juice was my personal favorite—refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect pairing to the meal.
I ordered the curry chicken with rice and peas, cabbage, and a side of plantains—every bite was packed with authentic, mouthwatering flavor. The chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the plantains were caramelized to perfection. The kitchen was spotless, which gave me even more confidence in the food.
And let me just say—the mac and cheese sample they gave me? Unreal. Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly baked. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish is made with love and it shows.
This place is a rare find—amazing food, top-tier service, and a warm, welcoming vibe. Can’t wait...
