What can I say about Giant Foods? Been a staple in Warner Robins for as long as I can remember. My mother says it was here when they first moved to town in 1964. If it ever closes its doors for good, it probably means the base has shut down and Wartown is a ghost town. That being said, the prices are pretty high, the place has an odor, and the selection isn't great. But they have an actual butcher and the cuts are fairly well priced. I paid over $6 for an off brand bag of French fries. To be in the location you’re in and have the prices you do should be against the law. It’s taking advantage of the people who don’t have the means to go elsewhere. As bad as I hate driving across town, I’d rather shop at Walmart. At least the place looks...
