Waffle House — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I always like ordering to-go from this Waffle House location for days when I don't feel like cooking breakfast. Normally, they always get my order right, but for once they actually got it wrong. I assume whatever I order, it comes with everything printed on the menu. I ordered an All-Star Special, Triple Hash Browns all the way with no onions, and a Pecan Waffle. What I ended up getting was an All-Star Special with no waffle and toast that wasn't even toasted, it was just regular bread, Triple Hash Browns that had some onions in it and was placed into the same container as the the All-Star Special rather than a separate container, and one Pecan Waffle. So overall, I was missing a waffle for my All-Star Special and placing both the All-Star Special and the Triple Hash Browns in the same container was a bit tacky. I wish the cashier had summarized the order with me in the end, but they never did and I just went straight to paying and assumed everything was correct. I was ordering for two, but I didn't think that should've mattered as I was under the assumption that each item I ordered would've had their own container. I'll still order from this Waffle House as the food they make is always great, but I think they can definitely make some easy improvements to make each order perfect everytime. At the very least, I definitely recommend that whoever is taking the orders (especially for to-go orders) that they always review it with the customer to make sure that it's right. Been here multiple times.

The lady with the freckles isn't very "into" her customers. She doesn't come around to ask if you need more coffee often enough. Forgets items that you said during the order. Too busy talking with the other employees. Runs to the office for periods of time (disappears). If she would have cared, I would have given more than minimum tip. She deserves no tip, in my opinion for just doing less than required. Having to somehow get her attention when you need stuff. She never looks your way unless you pipe up for voice, so, usually with most waitresses that I know of is all you need to do is signal with you eyes and head for attention and they are right there. She doesn't even know you exist after your order is served.

I should have given the tip to the cooks instead.

We walked into the store and sat down. Every table already had food and there was at least 6 employees there. We sat at a table for 7 mins and never was greeted by any waitress, although they mad eye contact with us several times. They were laughing, cutting up, and playing instead of service even other customers were complaining at their own tables.

No one ever came over so we never even got drinks, forks or anything. This was very disappointing since the last time we went we had a great experience. You can tell the difference between employees that care about their jobs and the ones that dont. This store may have lost my business and my family's as well.
