When I was 8 years old, Ms Kim’s was the first salon chair I’d ever sat in and she relaxed my hair for the first time. 24 years later, she has continued to hone her craft and expertise, and, as one of the few women I’ve trusted with my hair, is someone I trusted to reach out to while trying to understand how to take care of my 7 year old daughter’s hair. I live in Washington state, and can’t take advantage of her salon services, yet she has generously taken the time to recommend products, direct me how to find them, and walk me through exactly how to use them.
