⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Local – Warner, NH If you ever find yourself passing through Warner, do yourself a favor and stop at The Local. This place nails that small-town charm with big-time flavor. My wife went with The Pigpen — and let’s just say, it lived up to its name in the best possible way. Sloppy, saucy, and downright delicious — every bite was a sweet-and-savory masterpiece that hit all the right notes. I went with the Smash Burger topped with pepper jack, fried onions, and just the perfect touch of BBQ sauce — smoky, crispy, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they care about quality here; everything tasted fresh and made with intention. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff super friendly, and the food… worth the drive all on its own. If you find yourself anywhere near Warner, NH — give The Local a shot. You won’t regret it. We can’t wait to go back! 🍔🐷👏

Was looking for a local place to eat lunch on the way back to MA from NH and The Local fit that bill. Nothing fancy inside, but has a lot of local character that makes it casual. The food was great - we had burgers, Buffalo chicken, clam chowder (with lots of added bacon!). Everything was great. The service was friendly and quick. They had a number of local beers on tap. I didn't try any, but nice to have the option. If you are looking for a place to grab lunch off of 89 and don't want any of the standard just off the exit restaurants - travel the extra few minutes and stop here - soooo much better - I'm glad we found this local place.

See stopped at The Local on the way to Burlington, VT, and im so glad we did. It's a small restaurant with easy access to the I-89. The food was reasonable, service was quick and the menu was pretty extensive. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to see an extensive veggie menu including some vegan options! I tried their Veggie Volcano burger with garlic parmesan fries which was delicious, and we also order the hot dog platter with onion rings! Worth a stop if you're driving by 😊

First, the town is so cute, and this place has seating outside facing the street. We chose to sit inside by the window, and it was nice. The food took about 35 minutes from the time we ordered, but it came out hot, and my smash burger was amazing! We weren't in a hurry, so it was worth the wait! The Waitress misheard one of our orders, so when she brought out something wrong and I said something, she seemed mad rather than apologetic. We didn't care, mistakes happen, but her reaction was a little rude. She refilled our water with warm water from the tap without putting ice in it. Again, it's not a huge deal, but I tip based on customer service, and it was lacking. (Don't worry, I still tipped her, just not the 25% I normally would) We'd go back if ever in the area for the quality of food. I just hope it was an off day for her and hope she has a better...

This is not a review for tourists, it’s a review from and for locals. First, aptly named! Second, after all the other local haunts went to $15 drinks and $20 burgers, this little gem somehow managed to offer an exceptional smash burger with bacon, cheese, fries and a local beer for $21!! It would have been a steal at half the quality but the local beef they use is DE. LISH! The service could’ve been bad and i’d still go back but it was the best i’ve seen since….. anticipating needs, friendly like they wanted to be there, knowledgeable of the menu and the list goes on. I was truly and pleasantly surprised that this little gem is in the next town over. I’ll be back, a lot, and i’ll bring...
