Iâm giving a diplomatic 3 stars, because they are a newly opened store and part of the problem could have been a language misunderstanding. Facility was clean. Employees were friendly. I was disappointed at the smaller variety of donuts. I was looking for a chocolate crème filled. That was not an option. Ordered a half dozen donuts total. Got an apple fritter. It was not as I would have thought. It was filled with apple pie filling??? Got a raspberry jelly filled. It was ok. English was not the employeeâs first language and was not grabbing the donuts that we were asking for. We ended up just settling because we did not want to cause more confusion. The employee was trying hard to satisfy us, but also had a headset for the drive thru on. Maybe that contributed to the chaos.    Read moreWorst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in multiple years. There was one car in front of me at 6:30AM and it took over 10 minutes to get a dozen donuts. The team took my order but didnât care to inform me that there would be an extended wait. The team got my order wrong and the donuts were stale and old. I went there to get a reward for my team at work but I had to throw out the donuts because they were old. Will never visit again and will go to another donut place in the future. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was charged twice for 1 order, then Friday, while at an appointment, an online order was ordered, I tried canceling the order once I noticed. That's also an issue, Dunkin Donuts need to figure out, I was at the doctor and then went to the bank and thought the charge would fall off. Nope, it didn't help.
