Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Warren

The bagels were very good! But, the store itself seemed tired and in need of updating, as did the employees. There was no wait and only one other person in the building however the two female employees weren't interested in myself or the other person I brought with me. They said hello and gave us our total but we're not in the least but personable or even friendly. We like the bagels but we won't be traveling here anymore as far as we do for them. I came here with my son, and at first it seemed like it was just inside a big gas station. We decided to check it out, and I’m so glad we did! The lady working there—whose name I, unfortunately, didn’t catch—was so kind to both me and my son. She treated us like family, and we truly felt welcomed. Thank you, and God bless you! Frozen bagels? I can get those at a grocery store for a third of the price. Einstein should know that this place is giving it a bad rep. I paid $12 for 6 bagels and cream cheese and only got 5 frozen bagels. While paying at the register, the Einstein clerk must have fished these out of the freezer. No one told me. So I’m telling you....
