Kelly's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Warren

I've been having a good time at this bar until tonight. Karaoke dj and staff were rude as hell.

We arrived and immediately bought drinks. Then I bought another.

We drank, then signed up for Karaoke. We were told there's a 2 drink minimum. That's fine, we'll be here all night.

Ordered more drinks, did our first song.

DJ announces "you need to drink if you're doing Karaoke." He's audibly slurring his speech. Surely he's not talking to us.

Over the course of the night he says this 3 more times. I again assume he's not talking to us, but then he pulls me aside and tells me I need to order drinks.

I was there fo 2 hours and ordered 4 drinks for MYSELF. I'm 160 pounds. How much am I supposed to drink? That was rude as hell. Never...

My friend and I just stopped in for a quick bite and beer and to watch some of the NFC championship game. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza….probably the best bar pizza I’ve had. There are darts and pool tables…..friendly bar tender and half a dozen regulars. I’m a Guinness drinker, which they didn’t have, but they had a dark beer on tap which was a reasonable, if weaker, substitute. I’d stop by again if I’m in the area, but it wouldn’t be a destination. Solid local bar, with plenty of TVs if you are there...

I never experienced anything like this ever in my life‼️ I would not recommend for anyone, especially of color. Was very rude and unprofessional. Once I exit the establishment, the person that was handling drinks behind the bar, which was a female stood outside of the building and stuck up the middle finger as I drove off. Standing inside the building had the hairs on my back standing up as if I had to watch over my shoulder because everyone was staring at me as I was walking in and trying...
