La Coney Island Restaurant — Restaurant in Warren

Currently a 4.5 rating. I find this surprising for LA Coney Island clearly should be rated 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I absolutely LOVE this restaurant ❤️❤️! I have been coming here for almost 10 years now. The food is beyond delicious. The service and staff are top-notch! Talk about fast service. Your food is in front of you almost before you're done ordering it.....lol. This place is habit forming. Once you have eaten here, there is no need to eat anywhere else 😊😊. The omelettes here are the best I have had anywhere and they are huge!!! There is a wonderful family atmosphere here like I've never felt anywhere else. During the Covid-19 shutdown, I found out just how much LA Coney Island means to me. I was actually going through withdrawals 😂🤣. The day I learned the restaurant had reopened for takeout orders, I felt the world had come alive again. Welcome back LA Coney Island. I moved here in March and I’m still working on finding my new local go to spots. It’s my first time here and this is going to be my #1 go to diner/Coney Island. It’s a family run business and it’s obvious that they work hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses are genuinely kind and you can tell they care about their customer.

The food was really good! It came out quick, the portions were generous, and if you like hash browns you won’t be sorry!! I’m a big coffee gal and my coffee was never empty, always hot, and as a VERY rare treat, the coffee is actually really good.

Lastly, the restaurant is clean and well maintained. It is obvious they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to making a great experience.

The staff is usually pretty nice but today made me not want to be a normal customer anymore I purchase a breakfast went to check my bag and noticed there was no jelly. So I reach on the table to grab jelly and the waitress approach me and told me ask next time and I looked confused she say “they will call the health department on us if you just touch the condiments” on the table and I looked and said what do you mean I just grab jelly.
