I have ordered 4 items from LG for my two homes in January and I’m still trying to get my items delivered. The first two items to my house came in a timely manner and looked good till we took the item out of the box.
This is were the problem starts. The shipping company (RXO) told us to just sign off and call to get the issue resolved. It took me two tries to get the replacement approved through LG. I wish this was my biggest issue. In the mean time I was waiting for the other item for my other house.
The first appointment was for 3-7pm. Needless to say 7pm comes and goes with no communication or delivery truck. When you call RXO about your delivery they just like to apologize along with no clue where your delivery is. The delivery never showed up. I had to call to get the delivery rescheduled.
I was scheduled for the following Friday for 3-7pm by RXO again. Friday comes and we sat around agin 3-7pm with no call and no show. Calling the call center supplied me with the same outcome a whole lotta apologies and no clue where the delivery is. 9:30pm hits and I get a email saying that my delivery truck has broke down. This is no a joke. So now I have to call agin to get it rescheduled.
Believe it or not RXO sets us up for a Friday and a 3-7pm. Friday comes and 3-7pm comes and goes. Calling customer support resulted in the same result as before. I was getting ready for bed about 10:00 and her comes the delivery with no communication. The driver was just full of excuses and yes he tried to blame us for the other two failed deliveries.
Now I sit here waiting on my replacement stove. It’s a Saturday and YES.i was given a 3-7pm window for this item. I sat here patiently for the whole window with no communication from the driver or RXO. I called RXO with the same results, we do t know where your delivery is and we apologize.
If you’re in the market for a new appliance I would not go through LG for any reason unless you want to be jerked around pay for something that you may never receive.
The sad part is that LG doesn’t even care that this is the treatment that us customers are...
Read moreI purchased all of my kitchen appliances just under two years ago and I have had nothing but problems. All four of my kitchen appliances are the LG brand I bought them as a package deal. I’ve already had to replace the led display on the refrigerator and the microwave. I have replaced the circulator pump in the dishwasher. The only appliance I haven’t had to work on is the stove! The main reason that I’m writing this review is because not only are my appliances just under two years old and I’m having all these problems but I can’t even get the correct color replacement display for my microwave! All my clock displays are a blueish white color and the only color display I can get to fix the flickering microwave display is green! So now I have two different color displays feet from each other. I have contacted multiple online places about this, I even tried to contact LG directly with no resolution! Apparently LG has discontinued my appliances even though they’re not that old and they have a third party company deal with the sales of all their replacement parts. I was a loyal LG customer but no more! Don’t buy LG they don’t stand behind...
