Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

Don't go out or order out very much and for being my cheat day the food wasn't bad but the service could have been alot better. The building itself inside seemed very gloomy not entirely well lit. The manager and the crew members were the biggest problem. I had never used little ceasars online ordering so i didn't know what to do. Told the manager it was my first time and I had never used their machine before so instead of taking a step back and taking the time to explain it I got attitude for not knowing. I get it was a Saturday night but you work in customer service. There's no reason for attitude or lack of any kind of manners. Then looking it the back where the food was being made you could clearly see the kid was in seat clothes qith his pants sagging so bad you literally saw all of his shorts underneath. Ordered pizza on the way home from dropping a delivery off in Southington. I get there, ask for the name, the kid looked at the boxes and was like "yep here ya go" so I didn't think to check.. the second box says Chris! We get home, first box was correct, first pizza was finished, opened the second box and this is what we found. Neither me nor my kids will touch this pizza. No I don't want a free pizza next time because I won't be ordering from this location again and no I'm not driving all the way back to Parkman from the complete opposite side of Warren after getting home from work. The two “pizzas” that were ordered were supposed to have “extra” sauce because they never put enough sauce on their pizzas, but anyways, we ordered a sausage pizza and a cheese pizza with extra sauce, but instead they had the pizzas with so much sauce that the cheese was swimming in it, the cheese wasn’t even put on the pizzas right! And the one pizza was supposed to be a CHEESE PIZZA, not a sauce with a hint of cheese, and then the sausage pizza, it didn’t even have the toppings evenly distributed! Like how do you even mess that up?! I could barely eat one piece of the cheese pizza and the little cheese that was on it slid right off because of the ocean of sauce that was put on them.
