ATTENTION LITTLE WINGS CUSTOMERS!!!!

How would you feel if you were served chicken with that still have FEATHERS on it?!? Not only feathers but the wings weren’t even cooked enough! To add to this I called to explain the situation and ask to speak to the owner when who I was speaking with said there was nothing he could do. Owner wasn’t there (Friday) and they told me he would be there the next day at 5pm. I call at 5:30 and the lady says the owner will not be in today (Saturday) and she also says there isn’t anything she can do. Sunday they are closed. Monday I finally was able to speak with the owner….i have never in my life been talked to by a manager or owner the way he spoke to me! I told him the problem and his response was “chickens have feathers”…I said excuse me…he says “what am I suppose to do about it” I say that we were not able to eat 40 wings because of being undercooked and also because everyone was sick over the feathered wings. He says “give me a straight answer on what you want me to do” I say that I have all the wings still in the box and all I want is my money back at this point. The whole time he’s being extremely rude and loud with me (and I’m not even raising my voice). He said “ok fine and then I’m adding you on the do not serve list” and hung up on me. I couldn’t go there last night because of sports so I go answer school today right when they open. They tell me he wasn’t there and probably won’t be in till 5/3:30 and they can’t do anything (even though everyone there obviously knew about it) The only reason I’m actually posting about this is because I’m appalled by this place and the fact that they won’t make it right!

Well if you want HAIR in your wings today on October 15, 2025 at 4:00 PM then go to this place. The guy who answered the phone ought to get host of the year award, he's so friendly it would match any dead person in a cemetery. After cheery guy takes my order, we pick up the wing order & of course take them home. Well, we ate the 1st wing, then went to grab the 2nd wing and low & behold there it WAS, THE LONGEST PIECE OF BLONDE RED HAIR YOU EVER SEEN. SO We PICKED UP THE PHONE TO CALL & TELL THEM & OF COURSE AT 4PM On A WEDNESDAY, THEY'RE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. CALLED 3 TIMES & NO ANSWER. SO SINCE HAPPY BOY WANTS TO ACT LIKE A 3 YEAR OLD, WE'RE JUST GOING TO POST THIS SO EVERYONE CAN SEE, WHAT A JERK OF AN OWNER & HOW HE RUNS HIS BUSINESS. NOW WHO WANTS TO GET IN THEIR CAR & GO BACK TO GET WINGS THAT DON'T HAVE ANY HAIR ON THEM? CERTAINLY NOT US. AND WE'RE OUT $20.00 FOR THE FOOD. WE DID ORDER 2 MORE ITEMS LIKE FRIES & A CHICKEN SANDWICH . WE WON'T BE EATING THOSE EITHER. HE IS A MEAN MAN . SO DISGUSTING, PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE SINCE THE PANDEMIC, THIS WORLD HAS TRUELY GONE NUTS. This place has always been one of our favorites ! With the exception of last evening. It was busy, as we walked through the bar one of the women yelled “just letting you know there is a 45 minute wait for food”, we said no problem. We then proceeded to a table in the rear of the bar that was still dirty but, we knew it was busy no big deal, another young lady comes up to us and said it’s an 1 1/2 wait for food in a very snippy voice, we again said no problem we will wait. There were 4 adults and 2 children some us us stood and a couple sat down. Now we are thinking someone is having a bad evening. She came back cleaned some of the table and says “ you know there are clean tables over on the other side in a very snippy voice again , my son looked at me and said I’m willing to wait but not willing to have her attitude. I then told her if you are going to have an attitude with us we will be leavening and we did. We were willing to wait for service , we were willing to wait to have the table cleaned but did not deserve to be treated as though we shouldn’t be there! Will think twice...
