Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Warren

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut location for three years and have always had a great experience. Recently, there was a mix-up with my order, and they forgot the sauces. When I called, they were quick to remake the food and resend it to us free of charge to fix the issue—such excellent customer service!

Unfortunately, the remake was delivered through DoorDash, and the driver, Shannon, couldn’t find my location. Despite me texting and calling to help, they marked the order as delivered, ignored my texts and calls and even blocked my number. It was super frustrating, but I knew this wasn’t Pizza Hut’s fault.

When I called Pizza Hut again to explain, they were incredibly apologetic, even though the issue wasn’t on their end. They went above and beyond, offering to resend the order and even adding a few extras to make it right. Their kindness and commitment to customer care really impressed me.

Horrible service and found hair in my chicken that my child choked on. When I called to complain Aubrey Adams the manager of the Mahoning location hung up on me not once but twice. On a delivery order I was told to come in person with the pizza and hairy chicken, human hair that was long and black ill. When I arrived the horrible manager started to act concerned totally different mood than over the phone, she began to be understanding all of a sudden. Next she tried to offer some sorts of discount that I declined. I noticed the problem physically being in the shop long haired workers(I have footage) Not a hair net in sight not the managers or those working in the back cooking the food, terrible. there was an issue with my payment from the website. The pizza was delivered to my husband he was instructed to have me call the store. Meanwhile i am at work. When I go on break and called to the store. The 1st women who answered the phone was rude! She would not stop over talking to me to find out what my issue was. After getting frustrated I asked for a manager, she said she was the manager. So I asked for someone who would lesson to me and knew how to talk to a customer. She then yelled in the phone and placed me on hold. Now i will say that the next women who came on the line took care of everything in a matter of 3 mins. It was that simple.
