Complete chaos with employees off shift going in and out of the restaurant, yelling how they don't care about ticket times while customers are standing in the lobby waiting for food, the supervisor being completely indifferent when handling issues with transactions, it was such an unpleasant experience and this isn't our first experience. We literally got charged twice for the same order that we placed online. They said they canceled the original order because they didn't know how to ring it up apparently and so we waited 25 minutes for 2 mcribs, 1 cheeseburger and a large frie. Stuff happens, especially in a restaurant around dinner time I get that. But that is exactly why we ordered online prior to leaving the house. Also I'd be completely fine if the food had been good but somehow amongst the chaos that is this McDonald they can't make good, hot fries to save their lives, my cheeseburger was burnt which I didn't even know was possible to do to McDonald patties, they had indicated there were no chopped onions for the mcribs but there were diced onions they could substitute which we were fine with but instead they just decided not to put any onion at all on them. It's little stuff but it adds up, getting charged twice, waiting for an online order, the obnoxious behavior of the employees and not making some really basic fast food well was enough we won't be back to this particular McDonald's which I'm sure doesn't really matter to the owner but I just had to share...
   Read moreThis is my first ever food review ever. This is most likely the WORST McDonalds you will ever come across. The past, it was great. Now, you have employees smoking while working, having bad attitudes, food wrong/missing, legitimate over 1 hour waits, etc. Tonight was the final straw. Sometimes thereâs only one employee working? Iâve waited over one hour and thirty minutes and it was never done. Just recently, Iâve had five orders wrong. Iâve been in the food business, I get it. It gets stressful. But there is no way you do the opposite of the order. I order extra salt on the fries, cheese on my McChicken, two large drinks. No cheese, an ABUNDANCE of lettuce, and no salt on the fries. And the drinks are barely full. They also burned my McChicken to where the bun was black. How do you burn a McChicken guys? The lobby most of the time reeks of weed and it doesnât help on many occasions you see the employees smoking in the store. Iâve also gotten very sick from this location. I will never take myself, friends nor family to this McDonalds ever again. Youâve lost mine and many other peoplesâ business because of the genuine incompetence of this location.    Read moreWent through drive-through about 8 oâclock ordered a big Mac and a large fry and Coke. Friendly employee at the window. Received the wrong order, proceeded around the parking lot building and got in line behind 8 to 10 cars. Got to the intercom told them they gave me the wrong food proceeded I had was given the right order. Got home after working all day wanted a quick meal, the fries were so cold the big Mac was Cold it was totally an edible it felt like the french fries were made when I first went through 15 to 20 minutes earlier. Called the manager he said what do you want me to do I said I donât want anything I just want you to know itâs as someone who cooks for a living thatâs a bad business move to just give the old product. He said well I donât know what I can do Iâll talk to my employees I go the best thing you couldâve done was I apologize for that and I will try to make sure that never happens again where he proceeded to just be silent and then hang up on me.
