I ordered at the drive thru kiosk as it was a convenient option for me. Chose what looked like a specialty sandwich menu and picked the 6” Cali Club, which looked like it had turkey, bacon, red onion, tomato, mayo, and guacamole. I proceeded to choose my bread (Italian herbs), cheese (pepper jack), removed the tomato and added green peppers and lettuce. Removed the mayo (which I can’t eat) and added oil and red wine vinegar. Added the chips and drink and the total came to around $16. When the person working the window told me the total it was $10.15. I didn’t question anything because I thought maybe there was a deal or the kiosk pricing was wrong. They did not confirm what I ordered nor did they tell me anything that I ordered (sandwich or toppings) was not available. I get to work and see that I just have a turkey sandwich with American cheese, mayo (again cannot eat this), green peppers, and lettuce. If the kiosk is incorrect, fix it. Require your crew to repeat orders at the window so issues can be corrected right then and there. I’ve now paid for a sandwich I cannot eat and have wasted my money. It’s no wonder I don’t eat at Subway anymore. I stopped here as it was convenient with the drive thru and it had been quite a while so I thought it would be a good quick thing to get. How incredibly wrong I was. Next time I’ll trust my intuition and skip Subway...
Read moreOrdered on the app just before 9pm and arrived about 9:15 to a dark restaurant with one employee waiting for me in the drive through. It turns out they close at 9 and not 11 like Google Maps says. I felt bad for making him wait, so I thanked him and apologized and left to find that both subs I ordered were totally messed up with extra stuff and missing stuff. Based on the reaction of the employee that gave me them, this was intentional for me ordering right before closing. I didn't know it was closing because the time was wrong. This was months ago, the time is still wrong. If you're going to screw someone over because of something that is not only not their mistake, but something you could fix, you shouldn't be in the position you're in. I get that work can suck but this one was on you guys and I'm sure it isn't the only time it's happened. Thanks for wasting my money and time. Read moreI went there last week and got very poor customer service...We visited them in the middle of the day and they were out of everything..and i mean everything...first out of the bread i wanted then out of the flatbread that my nephew wanted. Then out of the two kinds of meat we wanted..turkey and steak...I felt like i was in the Twilight Zone they would literally say no we're out of that and then just stare at you. NO im sorry..No care in the world that they had two customers in front of them and could not make their order because they where out of everything i asked for...so after asking for about 3 different types of bread they where out of then the meat we just left.but right before we lefted i asked who is the manager here . She smirked at me and said she'll be in in the morning call her then. But she wont care eather have a nice day. Wow what a mess. Never returning to that subway and not sure if i will go to any other subways...
