There is gross incompetence and disregard for customer service at this location. I ordered a vegetarian Cantina Power burrito with onions and rice, due to the Taco Bell app and website showing black beans being an included ingredient, I did not add black beans. The wait time was about 6 or 7 minutes per car however it did seem that every drive-thru restaurant in the area had a line. I received a burrito with no black beans just rice and the rest of the ingredients. When I got home I called the restaurant and got no answer, so I just drove all the way back there to demand a new burrito. It was yet again another long line for me to wait in, when I finally got up to the ordering kiosk I explained my problem with my burrito. The attendant told me there are no black beans included in the Cantina Veggie burrito, I explained to him that the national website that gives people the ability to order from the location he is currently working at says black beans ARE included. He went back and forth with me then said I could speak to a manager. I believe I spoke to a "Briana K" about my problem, she basically confirmed her coworker lied to me by explaining its not that the beans aren't included but they don't cook black beans after 10pm so I could not get them in my burrito anyway. The cook came over and said he'll make one with refried beans, I'm guessing since he only works there and doesn't eat the food he was under the impression any kind of beans will do. I asked Briana to let him know to make a Cantina burrito with steak instead and no beans. They handed me a bag with what I found out was just a burrito filled with refried beans. I threw it out the window and went to sleep hungry. This was by far my worst drive thru experience. I'm hoping someone at Taco Bell can get this location in order, there are alot of people that frequent the location and have to deal with subpar service or in my case I will definitely try to avoid or go...

I went to the drive thru, placed my order, I looked over the items listed on the screen, before I even pulled up to pay I noticed I didn't request no beans on my 5 layer burrito. Before moving up in the drive thru I kindly asked if she could take off the beans. She stated that, that could not be done. My response was why, she said because we already made it and it's too late. At this point I was confused because I literally just finished telling u my order and I didn't even pull up, so I was at the order screen. I said to the associate "are the burritos already pre-made? " She said " well u should told us that in the first place that u didn't want, but its already made now and we can not remake it !" Wow I was still at the ordering screen and I was not able to make adjustments to my order and then she got a nasty attitude with me . Read moreWe did a group order at our workplace, which was 2 meals and 3 smaller food items, and half of our order was missing and not correct. They were out of coffee, and potatoes, hash browns and the food was very sloppy. Also, with all the food I do have an entire bag of hot sauce and one fork. The pop machine is mostly carbonated water. Where they said they could substitute the missing items with others, we ended up not getting either food item. This was my first time going to this one because my usual food place (not Taco Bell) was closed, but honestly, it was not a good experience. I come from the food industry background 10+ years, this would have been completely unacceptable for my previous staff.. I imagine this Taco Bell is working with all younger kids, with no sense of urgency or any sense of pride in their work ethics.
