Worst place ever. I will never go to this place again ever in life. Walked in and the managers and the employees acted like we were invisible... Wasn't greeted in 10 minutes of me being there. Even the people behind me wasn't greeted either. So I finally says excuse me is anyone going to say something to us. The managers claim the cashier said something but we all told her that she looked at us and never said anything. The cashier then says they gone wait until I'm done. Her exact words. So when she finally gets up there she tries to take the guys order behind me and I told her wait I was before him. She then tells her manager to get front counter like she's the one in charge. So she goes to the back and her and the tall black bald head guy were making jokes about me. I finally left after the manager didn't even try to fix the problem.. I goes to my truck and the cashier with the bad attitude and bad wig followed me out to my car. I had my children in the car so I pulled off. This establishment is so unprofessional and ghetto. Read moreI ordered one combo with bbq sauce, one frosty, one cookie. They didn't give my delivery driver 3 of the 6 items I ordered. They neglected the frosty, strawberry lemonade, and bbq sauce. I had also paid extra to upgrade to large, and it was a large fry alright, but only 50% full.
Now this isn't my first rodeo ordering. I messaged my driver ahead of time to verify the two beverages. When I brought it to the drivers attention, they said it was all they gave them.
Regardless, Wendy's is responsible for giving the correct order. Which they neglected to do, and until they get their service corrected I'm not ordering delivery from this location.
My heart is sad because I only placed this order because I wanted a frosty. When they do this it has second hand consequences like affecting how much drivers get tipped. It also affects themselves because the fees the restaurants pay. It affects doordash because they have to issue a partial refund. And it affects me because I end up paying $11 for items I never would've ordered if I didn't...

After a short wait I ordered Dave's double combo with no mayo extra onion extra pickle add mustard, 2 for $6 Dave single and spicy chicken sandwich. Gave the guy at the window my $16 and some change he gave me my change with no receipt and my drink. So where's the straw? The straw will be in the bag he said. The food was served quickly after. Get home look at the Burger. Looks nothing like what I ordered in my mind and they should have said that they were out of tomatoes or wasn't serving tomatoes for the day, before person place their order. So I called them to let them know that my order did not look appetizing at all and they were short some tomatoes and of course they did not answer the phone at all, I have no receipt to go by to do a complaint.
